@@ARFCOMReviews .4moa 10shot groups compared to PSA’s 2.2moa 10 shot. Thats with ammo tuned to each rifle, greatest groups from a 5rd string to see if rifle actually likes it. Love PSA for what they do, getting the lower income folks into the shooting world but damn they really just toss what ever in a box.

The lockup rail alone justifies it. It’s basically a KAC. I have one on a 14.5 “SR15 at home” and man it’s a helluva handguard. I’d just get the sass and throw a better barrel and bcg on it one day if really needed

FYI, the Super SASS is supposed to be a close clone of the new KAC M110A3, not the OG M110 SASS or the XM110. PSA also makes a close clone of the OG M110 SASS and the M110A2. For those curious about the M110 SASS clone they have, i have one, it performs pretty much identically to this version but has the old style furniture and a different bag. For a real solid DMR in 6.5 or .308 id recommend either for the job, choose based on furniture preferences and if you can afford the extra $500 for the A3 clone.

@pilotincommand85 The only reason I wouldn't go for the 6.5 is barrel life and ammo availability/variety. 6.5's barrel life is, on average, 50% less than .308's. For a DMR, that's a big difference, especially if you shoot a lot.

Always such a disappointment when reviewers fail to do adequate accuracy testing. You’re testing a rifle designed to mimic a precision rifle. People buy this hoping to fill the role that the original SASS filled. Then the reviewer uses only 1 ammo (and a sub-par one at that) to test the accuracy.

Texas mud needs to be identified for the amount of sand in the soil. East TX is different from West and Central TX. The gun needs to be tested with the 168, 175, and 200 gr bullets. Watching y'all shoot the gun takes away from the story. Y'all need to learn how to make yourselves not look like kids playing with guns. Having to move around after every shot, says plastic table as a shooting bench.
