GD I bought a cheapo Portland from harbor freight same style head had vary , vary limited instructions 3 or 4 pics and the way the instructions it did have did not explained the clear string button or how to restring it. Said cut 9ft of line and restring it .. ahh OK . Thank you and your wife fore 😂😂

What contractor did you use to build this? My parents live in western Pennsylvania and I am looking for a good contractor.

I have a 2 bedroom duplex with a living room, full kitchen, basement with washer and dryer. In the city and I would trade it for this in a heartbeat. Can't put a price on peace and seclusion.

I didn't see anything for a water heater nor a furnace unless it would have electric heat. The french doors next to the front door was excessive, if that was a wall with just a smaller window, you can fit a gas stove there in the corner. The size of the kitchen was also excessive for most - this is a place for a couple and maybe one child or 2 young kids. The cement floors might work in Texas, but no way in PA. The windows need to be less and smaller - it's impossible to heat. All in all, people with 2 kids could definitely live there and not feel cramped if those problems were addressed.

It's nicely done for one or two people, but the echo when the narrator enters the main room is considerable. Stick two loud kids inside there on a cold day with the doors closed and you'd have a nightmare! There's a good reason to have separate rooms.
