Hi there, I have a middy xm10-3 11.5m if I buy a xt15 13m section will it fit and could I fish it at 13m

What can you say, I think WOW is a suitable replay. I sat here thinking why the heck have I not watched this sooner. Meat is dam sit cheaper than pints and paints of casters or maggots. The thing about the meat is I never thought about disc of meat. You have given me a means to complete against the have a gallon of caster lads. Cheers.

What hook length do you use on the bomb method

12" hooklength on the bomb mate. I used 0.20 to a 13 hook. On method I'd go with an 0.18 to a 14 hook 4" long

Hi mate. Still using Sphere Beast hooks at minute. But almost ran out. I use hair rigged band. 👍

Well done pal,great vid and great informative tips.I remember going to messingham 30 yr ago when there was only 1 match lake which was the Swan.No island's and no oak tree and no Swan annexe. The bank you was on golf bank I remember winning a couple of matches catching bream 6lb + but unfortunately when the carp got bigger and took over the lake 5he big bream died! Good luck in all your up and coming matches and hope to watch some more vids.cheers.

What a great result Jim. I have to say that considering I watch most Video's of all the greats this one is very close to the top if not the top. What struck me most is the calm and calculating way you went about your business all throughout the match. I must admit this video has given me time to think how I fish my own matches. Fantastic Jim. whats so good about messingham, they weigh you in dont need many nets as its 100lb per net and the fish never really leave the water, and its all done quickly and efficiently. So can see why you fish there and video does the fishery justice

I am so happy Middy is coming back strong. I live in the U.S. and got a Middy Battlezone 4m Margin whip pole on eBay. The 1st section broke, so I put a ptfe bush in the 2nd section and out the bottom. I now have a 3m whip pole with 3m of 18 hollow elastic and a puller out the bottom. My PB Mirror Carp and PB Chanel Catfish were caught on this setup. Middy is awesome!!!

Can see this being banned straight away at most places, how would it fish with just a short hooklenth attached to your elastic and buried in the feeder as you would with a normal method ??

I live in the U.S. and I have been a fan of match pole fishing for years now, and I have always wanted someone to fish a method feeder on the pole. This is not quite what I was hoping for, but it is quite interesting. Nice to see Middy making videos again. 😁👍

@@deanwinnard7774 The point is that a brand is back from the brink of non existence, that is not owned by one company like so many of the other top brands. You should be glad to see an independent firm trying to get back into the angling market 😎

@@MiddyMatchRange apologies that should have said sell them. Unfortunately my faith is diminishing, you asked existing account holders to contact you, mine did. You then didnt respond. You posted again about account holders and again my shop contacted you as per your instructions, filled out the form you sent and you havent even acknowledged receipt! I appreciate your new to this, your getting set up etc but there are shops getting new products and my shop has had nothing. They have been an account holder for many years. A) this isnt a good way to run a business and B) it doesnt give confidence in you or the brand! You now saying a rep will visit is a complete change round. I hope to hear you have been in contact soon and more so, I hope to be able to buy your products again soon
