Hi. Thanks for the video. At 7min 31sec you're glueing the widow's peak onto a curved surface. I thought it was a bar of soap. What is it? I need something like that. Your hood looks great.

It’s a foam dome from Hobby Lobby but I would recommend an acrylic one instead. I might have one listed on my Amazon product list in the description!

@@lacrymastory Thanks. I found the acrylic one on UK Amazon.

Question, is the 10 foot of yarn measured end to end? Or is it the length of the folded to end?
@RenegadeADV29 күн бұрын
For the hair tubes, a 3d printed socket with a threaded base would work perfectly for that, then the latex could be wrapped directly around the outside.

I agree with everyone else! This was fantastic!! I’ve been searching for tablet weaving tutorials for a while and this was by far the best!! You make it look and sound so simple and I think even I can understand it!! Great narration, great examples, great production value! Thanks so much for sharing!!

What kind of paint can I use to paint over latex? Where I live there is no special paint for latex.

I've been toying with the idea of making a latex hood for a while, I've always made stuff out of leather and whilst I love leather, I want to try my hand at latex 😂 this has given me a lot of useful information, thank you! I'm amazed at how well your items come out, especially when it's you're first time making something, brilliant.

Don't use talcum powder as it often contains asbestos and easily becomes airborne and breathed in. You can use cornstarch. Alternatively you can also use a mesh bodysuit like pantyhose material. The latex will slip over the mesh quite easily and still looks great.
