I relate so much about the "lost" ability of being introspective and gaining insight. I feel like I have to mourn the illusion to be in control of what I am doing with my life. Right now I just feel like I don't know, in every part of my life, where I am exactly heading to. Am I slowly healing from stuff or am I keeping myself stuck ? I just don't know and don't want to overthink this. I just want to experience and see what happens. Tired of wanting it to "feel right", and I honestly feel like it is good news.

I love that you see darkness in your being. I almost drowned in mine while exploring it in the hopes of finding what I want. My selfworth comes from me acting in accordance with my nature. Being virtuous even if I feel like I could just burn the world. I learned to trust myself day to day, to such an extend, that even in my dreams, I know that I can relay on my character to navigate the world with truth and justice. Ignorance is not bliss. Rejoice in your ability to bear a hard burden. Its the hardship that builds your character. I want to recommend the writings of a old roman emperor named Marcus Aurelius. In his Meditations, he writes down for himself quotes, that make life not only manageable, but actually worth living. Peace can be found in the retread of your own soul. You can have a better life than you have right now, because you can become a better person than you are. And I dont mean „increase in social pressure“ but a reremembereing of your own values and beliefs. Keep articulating them, keep reflecting on them. It changed me so much in the last 8 years. Embrace your gift to see your shortcommings. Sweet soul. Greetings ;)

Awareness of self is one of the biggest existential double-edged swords in human psychology; Yes it’s necessary and yes it develops naturally, but it’s hard to convince myself that it’s equally good as it is unpleasant. Having an incessant nagging voice in your head relaying every perceivable flaw you have (from your own perspective, most people don’t see the same flaws as we do ourselves) is exhausting and impossible to satiate, lest you can magically disregard every social expectation we have. Connecting with genuine friends and keeping busy with passions/hobbies is all I can manage to dilute my thoughts, and even then it’s a mission. You already mentioned what you’d be utilising as your support, so if you met with a friend then that’s sweet, but either way I really hope things ease up and your mind can give itself a break from the unnecessary criticism/self-reflection. Much love 🫶🫰

you should consider that you're in a intelligent reality and your feelings are trying to align with what reality wants as well as what the people around you can do about that. so basically, just do a little magic mushies and chill.

I'll pray for your healing. And that you find what your heart is looking for. Edit: Right after praying, I came across this video. It’s ok to not know. I think too many people deny the full spectrum of human emotions in hopes for some spiritual awakening with an always positive outlook. There will be days you feel completely awful, there will be sadness, there will be anger but that will not be you every day. Also I this is the first video I’ve seen from you and I love the stream of consciousness and you finding ways to explain what you mean on the fly. Added to my favorites!

In terms of the mainstream understanding of consciousness, it's a deep ocean that we haven't even dipped our toes in yet. Most people haven't even noticed the water. Not even 200 years ago doctors were doing things like draining people's blood or purposely infecting patients with malaria in order to cure their syphilis. That is how it feels with the mainstream understanding of the mind. I could talk about this stuff all day but I'll spare you the essay. It's been comforting finding more authentic stuff on KZbin lately. I feel like this is what the internet was made for. People sharing their perspective of the human experience, it's great. I can tell that you really value communicating your thoughts to be accurate to how you feel; being thoughtful and considering your words carefully. I'm guessing you've had quite the introspective/spiritual journey by this point in your life (25 gang lets go), and that's something that I feel very few people really thoroughly explore for themselves. It's not an easy thing. In my experience it's either driven by seeking an escape from suffering, or by an intense curiosity. Probably a mix of both. Also I love watching people think through things. The eyes "searching" for the next thought, or smiling at some small realization. It's so endearingly human. Anyway, thanks for sharing. It kinda feels like watching someone's personal diary entry or something. So part of me feels like I'm not supposed to be here. But this niche of the internet is really neat. From one stranger to another, I wish you all the best.

A hobby I find joy in is practicing my listening skills on youtube and replying thoughtfully. My best is getting better as I am listening to higher quality communicators (you as example) and I am getting more replies to my comments. My history has been to comment impulsively without carefully listening. So historically I got ignored. For whatever reason I have strong social instincts and enjoy being liked and appreciated so I am working on myself online. I don't run but I am an avid long distance walker. I like walking with just a pair of shorts and good shoes (no shirt). It's a fix for me. I have ideal skin for a deep tan. Deep tans make great brain chemistry I have found. It makes the sky blue blue blue and the pizza rolls more delicious and makes me look like a champ. I meditate 13 minutes a day on the breath in my nostrils. Thats another fix or a few ways I try to recapitulate building energy. I read your desciption and I believe I am the type of subscriber you value. I subscribed recently. Au revoir Joy, until next time!

I am a 50 year old man in another world from your life but i can relate to how you felt. I am happy. I like myself. That can make me a target for low vibe people scapegoating me and being cruel to me as if i am Cinderella. There seems to be another level i am learning about that i think you are, too. You are a lot younger than me but perhaps you already are happy and you like yourself and now you're up to this level of how to deal with this business of injustice.

This made sense. It’s valid to feel emotionally charged from an interaction (especially as somebody interacting with healthcare patients - Yikes, regardless of their personal justifications they can often be short-tempered or downright nasty), but you’re aware enough to work through those feelings and reflect while adjusting your own emotional strategy to prevent yourself from falling into the same pit they’re in. I know I said literally nothing new that you didn’t already mention in detail, but your self-analysis was thorough and I think you’re doing a great job at catching yourself from continuing down a negative path. It wont always be perfect, but by even posting this video you’re already doing what needs to be done in order to practice and improve and work through. You’ve got this (:

I think I can relate. I've been working on a project for a couple months now and I recently went through a week or more of wanting to work on it....but didn't have the will to do it, or the creativity. So I decided I'd just wait and not force it. Then, after a couple days of not feeling bad about it anymore, I started working on it and haven't stopped for days now. I think sometimes we just have to wait. Lots of walks in nature helps too, at least for me.

The mind is a great servant but a terrible master. As someone who suffered with anxiety for decades I can fully relate with your situation. I think what we’re all searching for as humans is freedom from the tyranny of our own minds. We all present a story to the world and feel that is who we are. It’s just a story. A simple practice which changed everything for me was this. When the mind is in turmoil, go into the sensation in the body. Feel it fully, be curious, it’s just energy. The mind will tell all sorts of stories to explain the energy, ignore the mind, it’s just a closed loop of reactions. In time it will release and the weight will lift. We’re all just stories rubbing against each other, this is in no way our true self. Sometimes they create conflict, sometimes they create love. Neither is wrong, it’s just what’s happening. I hope this helps you to travel lighter through life ❤️

The way someone treats you what they think or how they feel is never a reflection of you or as anything to do with you. It only can be what's actually happening within them at that moment so that is the only way they can see the world and things around them. When one can release the need for validation accolades, trying to reach others expectations when those people aren't even worth respecting or admiring, especially family and parents who have not done their own inner child healing..... you are truly free. We sacrifice our authenticity for acceptance within the family unit because we need to survive. Releasing and surrendering with love because it served a purpose in our childhood..... all those childhood beliefs and fears now require clearing them out, doing our shadow work, and freeing from other people's thought process and beliefs that we took in our subconscious... the programs we are running on without our knowledge... is what we must all take time to practice letting go of in adulthood.❤ Any feelings of powerlessness is stuck in our subconscious childhood because adults in our lives abused their Authority , apparent a sibling a religious figure a teacher a coach a friend Etc and our inner child doesn't know we are now in an adult body that is sitting in complete power, as we are energy frequency and vibratory beings that can shift our frequencies consciously in order to attract differently in our lives❤ that's some powerful stuff.😊 And what's more, what shows up in our lives at any moment is what we also attracted to teach us lessons about ourselves. If it's something we don't like then that means it's because we're running on subconscious programs. If we don't have Discord or miscommunication or hit blockages or resistance how would we evolve and recognize our strength and what we're capable of? The reason empaths attract narcissists are because the latter has a toxic sense of self while an empath must learn to create a healthy sense of self... how could we ever be anything other than grateful for whatever shows up❤ as it is reflecting back to us what we are putting out there
