Words to soften the critic, after healing

Hope you guys are pulling up okay in this whirlwind of a retrograde!
Whether you tune into that stuff or not, life is always changing and things are always happening by our own choices or otherwise. I hope you are well
Ive been needing to create space for myself for some things to sort out and find their release, but in that my inner critic had tried to find a way to take from that process. I wrote a little something to placate that part of me and wanted to share it with anyone else who might need to hear it 🌱

I felt every word of what you read aloud. You're right. You're not the only one who's experiencing what you're describing. I realize you already know that, I'm just confirming it.
