I bought a sog from Cabela’s but the blade only says sog on one side and the other cryo 02 Taiwan. I trust cabelas, but I’m starting to wonder if I even have an original sog. It doesnt say studies and observation group on the blade like advertised on the site.

I won one of the budgies from smkw when they was first released. It's a really cool little knife but the blade is just to thick bte for such a tiny knife killing the slicey.

They make after market scales for the bladehq version? I got the grey and the handle just looks so cheap. I still love it though

Wow! I dig it! What do you mean "a few dollars less"? Are we talking $3? $10? $30? Because I'm in for $130 or so but I'm out if it's over $150. I paid $90 for my Benchmade griptillian 550 with that beautifully hollow ground sheep's foot blade in 154CM. I'd happily pay $130 for it today but any more is just too much.

Was super happy with this knife then after maybe 2 - 1 1/2 months the coil spring broke in it. Maybe i fidget too much, but just about every automatic, omega lock, or speed safe that ive ever own has a spring failure too quickly. Think im just done with them all together. Makes zero sense to make a 200 dollar knife with a cheap chinese spring in it.

How do you not have the full immunity in this video!? In my opinion it is hands down, the best mini knife that Benchmade makes. Perfectly utilitarian modified wharncliff blade, ergonomic 3 finger grip, M4 steel, and it’s built like a tank. I have a plethora of Benchmade knives but I find myself throwing the full immunity in my pocket more often than anything else.

The Corian , doesn"t get the real look on video's o" foto"s ...its really funcky stuff ..it feels like bone ..dried bone ..but it has a mixed texture ..dark and mild cream white .. The blade , has a " copper gimmer on the sides of the side's of the 6:37 6:37 hard core ...of powder steel . Its razor sharp ( the blade) but doesn't feel on the "finger" ...the hair test on the arm ..Strait "blank" ..cut . Wierd to western's ( me too !) , quality pays off ..i will loose it ..if not ..when i will snap it in half ...im sure they will send me a new knife ..... New style of iron , not for every one ... Not for the "blade enthousiast" nor the "back Bush adventurer/ Indiana jones" . The man & women , who need a blade that gives the plus on dont bother but cut , this is the thing . Better than ulfberht.

Returned mine the blade too small but leather sheath awesome , ordered a custom spitfire in magnacut with marbles cf , for 140 with Labor Day sale , won’t get it till October enjoy nice collectible

I loved the action in that knife but returned it because the edge bent pretty bad from some thick cardboard I was cutting. It must have been an issue with the heat treat as the steel was the softest I’ve seen before. I have other Civivi knives that I’ve never had an issue with.

I'll patronize Spyderco when they leave Colorado.......

I carry the mini covert auto every day. I’ve had it for I think about 8 years and it works great . I wish I could find another one. Just FYI I also own the full size version exactly as pictured in this video that I would part with. (The gray handle, non-serrated) Never been used, it’s too big for EDC for my tastes.
