Great video, Vishnu. I could not agree with you more. Most people who reside outside India can really understand the pain you are mentioning. It's rather disappointing to see people taking things for granted, criticizing, and fantasizing about the great things that happen in India. I also take pride in all the wonderful things our country has to offer, but outside the country, everyone should be mindful and understand that whatever they do reflects on the country as a whole.

This video deserves an appreciation👏🏻. Forget about following the Q line, most Indians spit gutka on roads, walls and public places, and they urinate in public places (this is the worst thing as a human). They drink on footpaths and besides the roads like their private property. Most Indians lack discipline and proper hygiene. Even the educated youth doing the same as they were in 1900s. Nobody cares about traffic signals, these days nobody won't give a seat for elders or women in public transportation. Officials are very greedy for bribes. No honesty, responsibility, education, health care by the government. If we dive into this discussion.. it would take at least a week. I'm also obsessed like you brother, but as an individual what can i do. Nobody cares about India, no patriotism. Full of Irresponsible citizens. I'm saddened to see our people and land like this. I really appreciate your courage to talk about this and bring it on the public platform. Thanks for your time and efforts❤️ Jai Hind 🇮🇳

See it is just like any other job. Nobody will keep you in bondage. You are free to leave at any time however try to leave in an amicable and morally right manner so that the PI is also not too much affected. Try your best to leave on good terms if at all you have to leave earlier than planned. Hope this answers your query 😇

Hi Anil, just curious, could you please confirm if interview is something mandatory for M.Tech (Research) ? I thought the selection is process is purely based on the GATE Score. Hi Raj it is not that I am not responding to comments it is just that for a brief period I was completely occupied with my phd defense so I couldnt catch up on the comments after that. Now to answer your question, it varies from department to department and they are free to set their rules. Since MTech (Res) is a thesis based degree most often the departments have an interview after the initial screening using gate score to see if the candidate fits the research ongoing in the department. This is also the case when then number of applicants are a lot. The rules can also vary across the years. Best is to apply and wait for emails from the departments regarding procedures.

Hi Sir, For shortlisting assistant proffesors, UGC guideline 2018 have one column for Internation award/Central Govt. Award /State Govt. Award. Which award it is referring to? Could you please name some.

These can be both awards for research excellence as well as competitive grants you might have got in your previous positions. A few examples can be young scientist awards, ISSS young professional award, best thesis awards from govt or international bodies, etc.

But AE,or any editor position in journal I think treated as voluntary service....no one will get paid by the publishing house....

There are indeed some positions which are voluntary especially when a faculty volunteers as an editor. However, I was referring to full time positions in publishing houses namely development editor, associate editor etc which are paid positions. This is exactly why I made this video as many are not aware of such oppottunities.
