Ingredients: - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust according to your spice preference) - 2 tablespoons tomato paste - 4 tablespoons heavy cream - Salt, to taste - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste - Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving - Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional) Hope it helps!

I just made this and omg it is heavenly I don’t have cream or fresh basil so I used evaporated milk basil dry seasoning and little bitsy adobo and ughhhh wish I had Texas toast garlic bread

no, milk fat content is usually 2,5%-3,2% while cream fat content is 10%-35%

I added half a butter then took some out, added garlic tomato paste mixed it up, and added heavy whipping cream. then add onion and garlic powder, paprika powder, cayenne powder, and salt. then added my pasta and added mozzarella cheese. and it turned out really good
