You guys always gaslight how easy this is supposed to be. Ruger 10/22's are one of the fiddliest bolt and charging handles to monkey with. I dread it. Right not wrestling with the same.

Need to make them barrels with Williams Fire 🔥 Sights also make a tapered 17" non fluted barrel. Also all barrels saying they have 1/2" groups. So which length is the most accurate one for the 10/22?

Hi Cristopher1976, We consider it an upgrade because it is a higher quality part but unless you are having a problem with your factory strut there will likely be no accuracy difference achieved by this upgrade. -Good shooting!

Is there an adjustment for the first stage travel? I noticed an issue with my brand new 2 stage. The transfer bar isn't contacting the split pin on the sear upon reset. So when I go to take up the first stage, there is a noticeable "thud" during the initial pull when the transfer bar contacts the pin, and gives the impression you are at the end of the first stage, when in fact it is the beginning of the first stage. Essentially makes it feel like a 3 stage. If there is an adjustment I can to to take up the first stage a little so the transfer bar preloads against the pin, I can remedy the issue. Please cure my buyers remorse. Thank you.

I have a question about the Kidd bolts? I bought one that is similar to this one, same colour just without the scallops. Is the regular bolt the exact same in performance as the rest of the bolts from kidd?

Thank you, I choose to use the factory charging handle in my application. A suggestion to you and the viewers, in addition to whatever spring that you use, include the factory spring ferrule as the assembly will function even smoother.

Hi Tony Great trigger, love mine. I bought the 3 ounce trigger from your e-bay store. My trigger does not seem to be adjustable. I loosened the two set screws, but the two screws innthe back does not move, they basically look like an allen screw with a slot in them. Is there adjustable screws behind these? They seem loctite. My trigger shoots at about 14 ounces, which is a little heavy for benchrest, I like to have a 6-8 ounce trigger. Please let me know what to do. Thank you for any help Biagio

****** Just so everyone is clear KIDD has updated the two-stage trigger and you change the magazine lever IN THE GUN. Also HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT remove the HAMMER SPRING RETAINER. The new ones were probably updated and getting it back in ... well ... bloody mess as it took a good chunk out of my thumb. Go read (Yes, read) the instructions as I could not find a video on the new ones and to be real it is one hex screw you loosen, pull out the old mag release, slip in the new one and tighten up. They really should take this video down.
