Runs in my win2000 machine superb, I have a hp xw4300 workstation from 2006 and runs all major titles ultra stable, from around 97-2003 in full settings around 1280x1024, great amount of video ram for those titles and both the workstation and card are the same year, and compliment each over well 👍

There is a much easier fix for that. It's a modified bios that you can get from internet archive. I was hesitant at first but when I installed it my card worked perfectly

Found a bunch of parts over about 2.5 months here from the junkyard electronics container consisting of. A MSI b85m-e45 motherboard, so with a bios update this chipset allows overclocking. Both an I5 4570 out of a hp sff pc, I5 4690k and an I7 4770k in a dead Gigabyte z87-ds3h motherboard which suffers from a short or lack of the right signal related too the power on signal too the motherboard as not even forcing the 24 pin works to start it. 2x8 gb ddr3 1600 mhz ramsticks. Gtx 970 & a gtx 750 ti 2 gb, 1 tb SSHD with an 8 gb ssd cache.

hello there I found myself a eMachines D729Z Laptop it currently has 2gb 1033Mhz. I was wondering if it could run 4gbx2 with a frequency of 1333Mhz? I was thinking of upgraading it but i dont know if it would be compatible if i replace the frequencies

My Athlon was bad at the beginning, the frame sometimes skipped. When I completed the Quests in the game, the processor and graphics switched to a higher performance, and kept its performance. Didn’t need restart. It doesn’t come with additional heat.

Hi! I have exactly the same board/cpu combination. Free ewaste Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R rev 2.0 and a $12 X5680 from aliexpress. 6 GB triple channel ram. Added a Scythe Mugen 2 cpu cooler, much better than stock. Very nice score but want to upgrade RAM. Can you confirm if ECC / registered RAM works at all?

So I've gotten to the point where I saved the internal graphics as primary, but when I started up my PC i got a black screen. Internal graphics didn't take over. When I swapped back to the legacy compliant card, the BIOS settings still showed that the primary was internal graphics...so I don't know where to go from here.
