I have a 6 1/4 inch wrist. And this is a must for all my bracelets almost‼️✅ Also, when the clap is in the normal position, the part that sticks out is constantly in contact with your arm. There’s consistent pressure on your skin that becomes very uncomfortable over time. When you flip the bracelet over the curve of the clasp conforms with your arm better and when you turn your arm, it creates a space at every point on the bracelet as it rotates underneath; including the clasp. It’s infinitely more comfortable. You can keep it on 24 hours a day without irritation.

I find you to be trustworthy in your commentary. Thank you for your honest words of wisdom! 🤗 this is good advice here. Taking one’s time. Saving vs impulse buys. Appreciation is huge! In terms of quality, I find $200-350 to be a great range for terrific value. $350 to $1000, marked improvement at every level. Then the diminishing returns kicks in. I’ll concede Rolex may be better than Orient. Not that much better! In terms of specs, I’d say it’s good to understand the distinctions, but to be clear about what is truly important to the collector. For instance, I’m picky about crystals. I want sapphire. Not because I’m a snob. But because I’m a klutz. Water resistance is nice. I need 5-10m and I’m good. I prefer 100-200 but there’s no need. I much prefer automatic to quartz. I dislike digital watches. So, they will not be in my collection. (And about listening to to those saying what you should buy…I’m an IT consultant. I “should” have an Apple Watch, right? Bleh!). I just got a dive watch. That’s not “my style” on paper. But I love it. Not as big as I’d feared. It’s giving me joy to look at it. Apparently, I’m a dive watch guy. My field watch is titanium. For which I’m grateful. It has a hard life. See klutz note above. Anyway, I didn’t mean to write a book. Great video. Many thanks.

Depending on the bracelet, sometimes adding/removing one more link to one side and moving the fine/micro adjustment point will work too.

I inherited an old citizen automatic from my grandfather. If i don't use it for like 2 days it goes out and i'll have to twist the crown to change the date. I couldn't find any other way to change the date. Setting the time each time i wear it is fine but setting the date is a hard task for me.

I bought 8 watches in 2 weeks and yeah it sounds like crazy but most of them are designer watches such as Armani, Hugo boss, Daniel Wellington, Calvin Klein etc. I am not into luxury watches. Most of them are dress watches plus 2 for every day use and one diver. I already had 2 armani watches which I bought 5 years ago they took a lot of banging and they still works perfect. I don't see the reason to spend over 1000 for one watch.

Tissot is not French, it's Swiss. Also, life pro tip: don't speak French, as the French are the most insufferable group of people on this planet.

Thank you, by coincidence a few years back when shopping at Milan, I did saw this brand of watch's shop, I knew it's a great brand but I don't quite knew how to pronounced it, so I just kept my mouth shut till the boutique's sales representative asked me which series of the watch's name I was searching for ... At then I just got the pronunciation right. But back to my country here, thou it had a boutique here, but very - extremely I often heard some rich people always said it "Audi Mars Pee Gwet" ... And I was silently laughing 'bout the way they'd pronounced. 'Cause if a word I'm not familiar with, I rather shut up and see who will speak it correctly for me, or, I'll just ask directly, there's no shame to ask as a tourist, rather than pronounce it all totally wronged and be a laughing stock ... It's a true fact, don't expect us foreigners as tourist knows French or Italian languages.
