Any idea about the water logging situations and a naala behind the apartment ? Is it a safe bet as they r building in lake bed.. sales people r trying to convince but any genuine response wjll be helpful

Water logging won't be a big issue. But it would be a risky project because it's on a lake bed. Once the customer pays 80-90% of the money, then ngt may come to the picture. There would always be a risk of ngt throughout life.

Yes …NGT present guidelines to be checked what it provide distance from lake…and also to verify whether parcel of land itself in the project should not be a part of lake.These every aspects of legality need to be checked through proper legal documents and consultation before taking any decision to buy.

Bangalore rents are not letting people save money to buy their own house. For places with poor connectivity and slow to no development, these builders have started quoting prices that are not justified. High Rents - High real estate - High taxes and in return expensive food and groceries and Poor roads and infrastructure. It is High time for people to invest only if they wanna settle in this city as real estate is coming to a peak of saturation slowly looking as the data says that people have started moving out.
