Plot cost ₹7500 per sqft + registration and other charges reaching around 1.05 Cr….for 1200 sqft of plot . The best you can directly talk to Manyata marketing office or you can visit and have correct authenticated price from them.

Prestige have very huge parcel of land and also within it so many towers and other infrastructure so to fully cover it requires time ….so it is request to all viewers…..for sure it will be covered but you need to wait

the Prestige City access roads are extremely poor and with influx of traffic from this apartments in future, it is going to be super difficult.. Hope they fix infrastructure roads etc before setting up apartments etc..
