The internal road in prestige city is cdp road , it’s not a private road. Is it correct?? It will be open to public if n when govt says so. Is it correct?

As it was launched during corona time @rs 6200 per sqft in 2021 so there is absolutely no comparison to present rate which is skyrocketing@ Rs 14000 per sqft as of now

Every growing city do have initial stages infrastructure problems …further course of time more infrastructure may ease the existing traffic and other problems….if not than certainly your raised concerns are valid…so need to wait and see
