Hello sir, Could you please share your opinion on Mahindra Zen. Is it worth investigating. The location is better than Prestige . How much appreciation can we expect in this area ? Thank you in advance

Can we negotiate with prestige on the base price? As far as I know, prestige does not go below the base price (means no scope of negotiations neither on its base price nor on the other charges).

Till people stop giving EOIs, they won't negotiate. Prestige negotiated on their north Bangalore bagalur project, but didn't do that on high demand projects.

Taau Prestige song of south will be around 3 kilometres from this one, how can this be second phase of that project? Also, Nearest metro line will be at least 2 kilometres away there is no way metro station will be named after this project. I understand you are an agent but there is a limit of giving false information for the sake of getting customers.

As compared to other parts of Bangalore this east part have less water problems
