I am trying this model. I can guarantee it works. Think of people joining a gym for like minded people. I am the strategist and the community builder. Just need to bear in mind the face of the community needs to really do the job of inviting people in the paid community and dont give anything for free or dont market it / stop making contents anymore.

Do you mind sharing an example this pricing model? And does it work only for a coaching community or can work for 1:1?
@PukhalaPuka3 күн бұрын
@@TribesMovement Sell a class for 499. End of class, give the option of staying in our support group for 50 per month. Anyone can come and go as they please but you have to join the class first to have a chance to get it. And once every 2-3 month, we rent an airbnb / event space and just hold a get together like a BNI meeting. Maybe hire a speaker as well. Think of it as running a gym where we only take in serious people who want to change their lives. For 1 on 1 we dont offer this since they prefer 1 on 1 to have more time focused on them. But then i put my price at 3.5k for 1 on 1s and not a lot of retainers. If i have one its already enough to get me through.

Thats wayyyyy better. Im curious. What would be a great coaching setup fee and recurring price?
@Jeremy_Pogue3 күн бұрын
Depends on so many things it's hard to give a cookie cutter answer. Your niche, your offer, the value you provide, the results you have, the authority you have, your deliverables, etc. Shoot me a DM on IG @jeremy_pogue if you wanna go more specific

I’m actually on this model (joined the programme a month ago) and prefer it my side also. Having a monthly recurring also incentivises you (and the coaches) to keep providing value, which in turn keeps me happy.

Hi Jeremy, check out the toastmasters if you want to practice and improve public speaking. I'm sure there's a club in your town. And it's waaaay cheaper than the monthly membership fee you mentioned. P.S. Warren Buffet was a member of the toastmasters club in his day.

Hey man really appreciate the effort in these videos. It’s motivating to see others that are doing the same and not in my own head wondering if others are actually doing these things as I am. Keep up the work man, I’m sure we’ll cross paths some day

Thank you for sharing the lessons you learned from Ed Mylett! Really liked the baseball story and his specificity and deep attention to detail when it comes to visualization. The brain can't tell the difference between what has happened and what will happen. The more we get clear on what we want and the more we focus on that, our reticular activating system fills our mind with those thoughts and myelin sheaths build around the axons to strengthen the neurological pathways. We ultimately become what we think about most often. Watch your physiology and the language you use. Come with a servant's heart, and always continue to grow. Amazing video Jeremy. Keep putting out these bangers!!
