This is not only true for a coaching business but a physical product based business too. My brand got stuck due to leaking operations and back-end and because of that I had to stop running my ads (I had a beautiful problem to solve i.e. figuring out how to fulfill those orders) But we getting scared because of the customers getting angry and bringing the ad-spent down, sabotaged the cash-flow. This was an advice somewhere at the corner of my mind, just needed to be reminded off Thanks man!
