On venom, I thik you are half correct, the symbiote feeds of emotion in here, and harry was positive so it was passive, then the symbiote feels peter, gets atracted to a stronger emotional state, it even changes to add a logo on harry, at the same time peter is stressed they fight a maniac that wants to die, while harry was looking for the opposite, survival. there is a lot of stress, and when peter almost dies to that guy the symbiote goes to him and peter gets this confusion I am doing to much people are risking their lives, the symbiote enhances that feeds of of it, all of this is part of what you said but wait, this leaves harry alone, peter separates himself from them to protect them, but oplays it off as they are in his way, harry gets desperate, sees peter changing, and he doesnt want to die, then comes the confrontation of this, and the symbiote also feels its destruction, peter comes to his senses, the is not as strong emotion from him, but harry does and the symbiote learned from peter how emotion tastes so he goes back to a desperate harry and then enhances that based on what he learned on peter but stronger and fed by harry, is not only peter but harry that create venom is the combination of both that and killing kraven that completes the circle of wanting to survive and feed on strong emotions, kraven was the opposite, 0 emotion and a desire to die, this triggers venom and a desire to live in the symbiote a desire to create his twisted version of life, all this happens after the kraven insident. This will also be super important with the other symbiote sample of the flame, that has also evolved. The anti-venom was created from negative powers, and since it is not a living organism on its own, it could also fade after a certain time, can also be that peter takes some other time off and stores the sut on a lab tube in the mean time and in the story it goes missing or gets taken by cassady to enhance the symbiote that ultimately creates carnage? Shield could be involved and its taken? or even merging your theories AIM gets a hold of it? so many posibilities.

This includes people like; Croc who seemed like a big scaly mob enforcer in that game but in city he's a cannibalistic psychopath who's more animal than man (the animal being his Shadow), Mad Hatter whose psyche seemed to be MUCH worse in City and Knight comparatively to Origins (proceeds to use men, children, and even Batman to play "Alice"), and even Joker himself who was treated by Harley using the program Crane had employed to bring Joker's Shadow out (he literally experiences the same hallucinogenic dream sequence down to almost the exact same Shadow Batman that Batman sees, because they both see Batman as a killer and that is the manifestation of his killer instinct, only in Origins Joker projects that onto the night Batman tried to save his life from the vat).

Joker may be Batman’s greatest nemesis, but he’s never really the “main” villain. As Dent said in TDK, “The Joker’s just a mad dog.” He’s chaos. Some utilize that chaos, but it never goes well for them.
