It’s so annoying that specifically Value (but not limited to them) make achievements that will be impossible to get. That one gmod achievement comes to mine.

See man I tend to just get immersed in games and take my time playing them even ac odyssey I just ran around role playing 😅 I commend speed runners for fighting against the man aka developer and finding cool glitches even I try sometimes just for goofs lol keep speed running alive

I just marathoned the entire franchise this year playing games I haven’t played in over 13 years to see what game was truley my favorite RE Game. It’s RE3R. I thought I liked RE2R the most but I feel like MR. X just brings the game down for me slightly. I prefer the setting and set pieces of RE3R and I enjoy the harder difficulties. Also the player movement is vastly superior to RE2R. I feel like it has more enemy variety as well, and although I really like the story of Claire in RE2R I just prefer the story of RE3R more.

I wouldn't necessarily call this "breaking the game " all it does is give you slight increased movement speeds, slight increase weapons handling with the exception of clipping through certain walls. Game breaks are like infinite health and any glitch that makes all weapons one shot besides the infinite launcher. 🤷‍♂️

I actually really liked Resistance and helped justify for me the price-tag. Gave me one of my favorite gaming memories of saving someone from a zombie horde set up by the mastermind after everyone else had already escaped with a well timed stun... and then Capcom dropped all support for it after like 2 updates!

I gravitated towards Swordmaster since it let me use some pretty sick moves with all my other weapons. I just never get why they added Royals Guard till i played dmc5, it's useful but a pain in the ass to master.

I agree with some of your points but overall the game doesn't "feel" as good as RE2R. I'd still stay that RE3R is a good game with nice boss battles, amazing story and cinematic moments but it doesn't offer too much neither from a survival horror prospective nor from an action game prospective. The way RE2R made me feel the first time I've played was indescribable: the jumpscares of zombies grabbing you in the darkness, the anxiety of hearing the tirant's steps or getting stuck in between a licker and Mr. X... To not talk about the superior level of design of the RPD! And I don't know man... but RE2R's gameplay feels just right while RE3R's feels a bit plasticky in comparison. If I'd have to rate them I'd say that Re2 is a 9.5 and RE3 is a 7.5, maybe 8 on a good day...

For those who are really familiar with the rules what do they do when a lot of the glitches have already been patched? I would assume since they're playing on PC they have figured out a way to play the original game day one release version and use that one but I could be wrong

They removed half the game and failed to deliver on anything interesting. Now yes the re2 remake also failed to deliver on some things it overall made up for it. I mean hell in Re3 remake nemesis hardly shows up. Its a failure of a remake and arguably also fails as a game. I personally have no issue with removing things as long as they are replaced with something better. i mean as if typing this the Re4 remake is out. Its amazing, did it remove somethings, yes. But overall id say its a amazing remake. It streamlines alot of the game and overall makes it a more enjoyable experience. They simply didn't try in the Re3 remake.

hi waiful, I start to try new game pro dificult and for the other dificults o notice that if we skip saves the time improves by almost 2s and that is a lot in speedrunnig but the run need to be perfect, u think someone has try this strat? becasue this game has one hell of RNG and if u dont save u can f* everything up.

I’ve played re3 remake more then every resident evil game made. I’ve been playing since the first one. And talking about it being short is hilarious to me since you can beat every single one of them in a couple hours.

This is cheating and completely invalidates any runs because it uses an outside external source that can not be found in the game normally to optimize speedruns to such a level no human could do without TAS, this is not something that should be celebrated this is something that should stay out of the game

It’s a fun game for sure but it’s infinitely less replayable and more linear than the original RE3 Nemesis was a game that had a big random element to it, enemies, items and Nemesis himself would all appear in different spots depending on how you played and the story you’d get would change too The remake has none of this and it’s inferior because of that, I’m not even talking about content that is completely missing for no good reason like the clock tower and the grave digger fight the remake is simply inferior because it lacks so much of what made RE3 fun

People complain about cut content when this game isn’t even a remastered version, they misunderstand the word “remake.” You see a remake is a DIFFERENT take on the original story reimagining things differently, apparently people don’t have a very good vocabulary… I’ve also seen others complain about Jill’s personality saying she is too badass when the original was like that as well, they just made this version of Jill differently because it’s a REMAKE! So when Leon, Claire, and other protagonists get a remade personality people don’t care about it. But when Jill gets a remade personality people start attacking Capcom? They REMADE Jill’s personality because that’s how remakes work. The story is gonna be different if it’s called a remake, so people are really complaining about nothing. Resident Evil 2 Remake was done different as well but people were more forgiving about it because Leon Kennedy was in it. If Leon never existed in RE2 at all people would have given the game the same criticism they gave RE3 Remake. Sounds pretty sexist if you ask me. Whether people like it or not, Resident Evil 3 Remake is a great game. I as well wish it was longer but I’m not complaining, it’s good how it is.
