The near the near complete absence of this message COUPLED with the centuries-old emphasis on the man's authority without accountability is precisely&exactly what sparked the modern day women's movement in the very first place to begin with AS A FEMINIST:I GLADLY&CHEERFUL LY ADOPT THIS message.

Do animals commit adultery? 😊 In our human existance, we have become accustomed to staying with one partner, yet in some, there are a few within the same marriage. Before we signed a peice of paper, we had many relationships before we chose one. In many cases, that one you chose, became a wrong choice, and your journey begins again. I question why the adulterous was woman was set free when there was no one to accuse her. Jesus said go, sin no more. Was the sin adultery, or was it the judgement? Why did she chose to sleep with another man? What did she not have? Does a child seek another father if his own is not providing? You have David who made another mans wife pregnant, so in order to hide his own doing, he sort to kill her husband.... again, what was the sin? The commandment not to commit adultery, is to not seperate yourself from God, allow him to guide your hearts desires, and he will provide you will much more than you would have known. In the right relationship, there would be nothing that will enter your mind to fall to. In a marriage counselling session, they will try and mend the broken heart, but will also tell you, its not worth living a lie. If your not happy within your relationship, learn to let go if it does not mend, or you may live a life of bondage. Yes i was married with kids, and now both remarried.... we are both in steadier relationships, no hard feeling 😊

This is not biblical truth. Marriage is a covenant that can only be broken by death. We are not free to go pick someone better. Choose truth.

God isn't pleased with divorce and remarriage either...marriage is until death and it's also adultery if you remarry and your spouse is still living

Nope was never a time we worked together……….and I still gave her appreciation and cherished her but it was never enough until I finally said the truth. Been down hill from there. And yes it’s terrible what we have done to each other why I’m ending it as amicably as a mature person should be able to. Don’t think she going to live thru it though, literally. What did she think all my concerns were about for years. Don’t take lightly to being ignored and abandoned so now she knows how it feels because she gave me not much other choice. May God touch her and heal her but she is too self consumed and worldly as I have tried and she can’t admit she needs help let alone ask for it. Can’t own another soul it doesn’t work that way. Grow up is exactly correct.

Cheaters don't understand. I follow scripture when it comes to submitting to my husband. I cook, clean, fold his clothes, iron clothes and work uniforms, pack lunch, tend to our child, and clean up the house. I do everything a woman is supposed to do. I don't deprive him of intimacy. I mean the math ain't mathing. I work too on top of doing things for us as a family, I still get cheated on. He says it's my fault but I'm not sure how. Cheating has affected my sex life so much. I believe that God will change my husband because he is a good man but the extra baggage isn't gonna cut it.

There is so much that I want to say, but I don't know that I have the words. I'll just say wow! I found you and your lovely wife on Facebook today for the first time while looking through shorts. Out of curiosity I decided to check KZbin to see if you had a channel, I have now subscribed and brother I am listening. I thank you so much for being a MENtor. As a man who had a failed first marriage, and who is dating with the intention of marrying again I don't want to carry that baggage and my personal baggage into the second marriage and cause another train wreck. Thank you.

To bad Jesus is not a real person… religion is made up all religions are… tap in and remember who you are and realize what it really is when you drunk blood and eat flesh or practice the ritual of this … we are not born in sun another lie to control humanity keep them in shame and fear to control easily… you never did your own seeking of the origins of religion? Because if you did you would not be promoting religion like the Bible and Jesus unless you are a very evil person

Excellent video. I agree that an emotional affair is much harder to heal from than a physical affair that was just about sex....especially if you had a spouse that ignored you, resented you, and brushed you off no matter how many times you tried to ask what was wrong and for them to talk to you and connect with you before you found out about the affair. It leaves you feeling like you were tossed aside like garbage and all the needs you had were clearly a burden because they had no problem giving that to someone else.

I had gone through this trial in my life and being so naive then,I was blaming myself for my husband’s emotional infidelity with one of our church mate..Well even our pastor and other members are putting the blame on me.. Until now after 4 years, whenever I hear the love songs that they were disecting,I get triggered and cry…I can’t get pass it even when I already had forgiven him, what should I do?

I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. What I am surprised about is that your pastor blamed you for your husband's transgression. That sounds like a pastor who has no backbone to stand up to your husband and hold him accountable. I don't know the full details of your story, but healing is difficult if your husband does not take responsibility for what he did. If you are still in that church, it will be hard for you to heal. First, your husband betrayed you. Then your pastor blamed you., and you see that woman every Sunday. That is very difficult. We will be praying for you. You need to seek help. Sometimes, it is hard to walk through it on your own.

@@KnotEasilyBroken Thank you so very much,KnotEasilyBroken for your heartfelt concern.. GOD bless your heart for the couples around the world.. We are no longer connected with that church by the way and I chose to pastor elsewhere so not to abandon my calling from GOD,but even I am spiritually equipped, still, I am not immune to triggers and it hurts..the best thing is that with your channel I am able to learn a lot to strenghten women who pass through the pain of emotional infidelity in my local place,I am a life coach of Police Station,a lecturer and a resource speaker of ourwelfare institution and a pastor as well.. I believe GOD allowed me to pass this rough road to be able to be equipped with wisdom and knowledge and be able to become a better counselor.. Thank you for the time you spare reading my message. Blessing!!!

It's just so very painful when the one person you hope would give prayerful and moral support would stoop to blame the wife for anything after she's suffered that kind of betrayal. The other painful thing is when the pastor chooses NOT to address the issue either by speaking with the husband or both people to give support, but rather avoids it altogether even if he's asked for some kind of discussion.

Emotional infidelity is a BIG issue in marriages today. According to the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, about 35 percent of wives and 45 percent of husbands report having emotional affairs. This is very serious, and the impact on marriages and family should not be ignored. What do you think is the main cause of this? Leave your comment below.

In this video, I share some of the key areas I believe every Christian couple needs to focus on to build a better marriage. I would love to hear from you. Please leave a comment below.
