Ps5 doesn't have optical for some stupid reason! Annoying but can just buy adapter tbf

Ya like the guy said in the comment get an adapter. Check your TV to see if it has one. Because trust me you not listen to all these KZbin people optical is the way to go. I don't understand how people say USB gives the same sound quality as optical. It's factually impossible

Does the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless Xbox -model/version work with PS5 if I connect it through the USB-C? Or do I need to update it, with PC, too? What if I just connect it to PS5, will there be any loss of audio? Does it fully support 3D Tempest Spatial Audio?

There is another BIG prob with my Arctis Pro + GameDAC wired and my laptop. I did the PC setup you shown in your video. But for any reason Win11 is loosing the USB connection during the system start and I have to re- plug in the GameDAC every time afterwards. I am still waiting for a fix but there isn't any. Latest firmware is installed and latest GG Engine with Sonar is installed. But that doesn't help. So please find a solution and make a video to solve that prob. Thanks.

Yes. You have to use the DAC. Plug one in to your PS5 and the other USB C to A of your PS4. Just switch between the two using the DAC.

That's a connection based issue not from the actual headset.

Mine was manufactured 09-2023 and it had the option ps5 already in the menu. Haven't checked for updates yet though.
