@Francisco Goncalves all good mate, I've tested both watch and Suunto on phone, they both work well. So depending on the type of exercise you do, it's easy to find a fit for it.

Yes I think entry now looks decent, NFA obviously. My entry point is under floor still on both Chimps and Gorillas, but I look to rhisnas a long term game. What people fail to look at is things like royalties meaning the team now has great income to build their peoduct and games, and shit even Remnants V2

I've tried the cold showers, and even looked into Ice Baths, mixed reviews and heard good podcasts for both sides of the argument. Not really something that's easily available where I am, some reviews say you need to let the heat and inflammation just repair itself, I dunno on that one, but do appreciate the comments. Breathing is something I constantly work on, nose breathing helps for sure

@@gvg1303 I still do alot of exercise, but slowed the amount of walking I do down as I am trying to train higher intensity and need to balance it with normal FIAT work. I did 44km running this week over 3 sessions, as I am in between 2 marathons, I have Paris marathon in 1 week, so I am being very particular with my exercise atm to give myself a better chance at a good result in Paris compared to my run in Rome in which I had some foot and calf issues.

I bought some tokens through the week, 24/30k, so working towards Gold Club Membership. Their new energy system is a tad annoying from a gaming point, but it will be to do with the sustainability of their tokenomics, likely needs to change.

Yup, played more and easier when not walking outside at the same time. Makes sense to me one day the team making food and toy packs a purchasable item, craftablr as well for special ones, they will need purchasable items for their business plans and expansions

I think both have different audiences. Genopets I'm using at the same time and just using your pedometer is a dream sometimes, if you're just a walker at this point seems a smarter option. Defit to me targets a different audience, if you're a runner and join/host your own team is completely different, plus their web 3.0 gamification isn't there yet. Even just the free DEFIT and joining a team to get Auras means you earn tokens in f2p. Like I said they do target different users, you can ride bikes and swim (I do neither), but I do like the difference between the two games. For me it adds another layer of gamification on my exercise, I like to look at the fitness as well. Not everyone has the time for 20k steps/day.

Atm I only have 1x Lvl 3 Habitat, and 1x lvl 1 - I don't see the numbers supporting a $1400/year nett profit, but I do plan to increase my Habitats to suit

plus you need lvl 24 geno pet and 18k steps per day

Yes, its a French founder, so I did notice some minor errors. As for entry, I'm personally in for around 7.4c/token for my 10k for my silver membership. I can't say what it's worth honestly, everyone will need to assess that themselves for their own portfolios. In saying that we know all tokens are made, and half are in circulation.
