The punch bowl is also great when you are making a large salad to take to a gathering.

Vaseline is great for leather. It conditions them and you may not need a color polish after. I have used it on shoes, boots, my leather bags and long ago my leather coat.

Oh this was so fun....I am also a napkin lover!! I just received my Relatively Refined Christmas box and I was blown away. I sent a thank you to Paula but wanted all you sweet sisters to know you knocked it out of the park. I won't say anymore as to not spoil it for others. But I loved each and every thing in the box and will use each one of them and think of your channel.

One time we were in your area. We went through Plattsburgh NY as I had a cousin living there and also visited the Shelburne museum in Vermont. I haven’t heard you mention this museum.

Fun to visit these new places with you. I too, love silver pieces and always am looking for something elegant. One of our thrift stores had a tea tin similar to yours but it was so tarnished I didn’t get it. I didn’t know if it would clean up. My best silver finds this year were three coin silver teaspoons and one other sterling teaspoon engraved with 1910, pattern called Mt Vernon for $1.00 each. I was thrilled. Not something one finds very often.

Well we are going out for Thanksgiving Dinner to a local venue. Just four of our family members are available this year. While I Loved all the table scapes...Patty's beautiful thrifted china spoke to me from the moment she shared it here on the Vlog. I just could not believe that someone did not want that lovely set. Paula, I am so happy you found enough of the pieces that reminded you of your grandmother. As a grandmother myself, I hope my grands have sweet memories of my house. Kathleen, my dear mother in law had a similar set of china...hers was in gold tones. I love all the shiny silver you used on your table. I am collecting silver goblets from my local thrift store. So far I have four! Thanks for all the lovely ideas and I just got a notice that the Christmas box I ordered was shipped. On pins and needles awaiting its arrival.

If you have sourdough discard that you absolutely cannot use, dry, or freeze, it can be mixed with a bucket of water and tossed on the compost pile. It is excellent for the compost.

What a great craft project! I was thinking about making one when you showed the trees in the store! Defiantly going to try my hand at this craft. The crumpets looked delicious. I have developed a gluten allergy unfortunately, so sad to miss out on these yummy treats!

Christmas is my favorite time decorate...there are so many options, designs, and color schemes to choose from!
