Where did you get your birch bark from? I have a bow that I'd like to wrap like that as well!
@iyoo13 сағат бұрын
i got it from local craft store. 'Michael's' look for birch bark or similar pattern.
@Dom_SmallsКүн бұрын
I'd love to see the actual process of you putting that birch bark pattern on your bows! Did you order that material off of amazon?

copy that. no. this was purchased local craft store. for me it was 'Michael's'

Be careful with long drawlegth bow. Don't try to draw full at start. Start from lesser drawlegth (28) and then gradually and slowly let your body do the work with warm-up. Dont pay attention at drawlegth first. Don't try to full draw from 1st draw otherwise its good chance you might injured your both elbow and shoulder. All 4 points with just a few force draws at the beginning might cause injury. Will love to see you shoot this bow in future.

Thank you for the videos on Yarha 2 80# @28" . I am planning to order one today! I also want to thank you for the tutorials on how to string heavy warbows. I have an H1 heavy 110# @28" from Alibow and a Tiron 140# @28" from MR bows. Even though I can not fully draw them, I can easily string them both! My previous heaviest bow was a Falco 60# @ 28" longbow. I should have gone for an 80# bow first ^^ But anyway, it is fun to have long-term goals!
@iyoo17 күн бұрын
thanks. it's fun to see how many heavy bow archers have similar bows. i also have H1 110#, Tiron 120# @28". there are some bows broke on me so i'm narrowed down to a few bow makers. Love to see you shooting your Tiron down the road. ^_^/

pointless putting birchbark on giberglassbow
@matthewvassar96865 күн бұрын
It's clothes I believe. However, the point is to make it unique and look good. Only REAL reason to wrap any fiberglass bow is for the look. Not 100% professional install, but it looks damn good to me!

Actually the military training manual from 1840s only suggests to count three at full draw.
@iyoo17 күн бұрын
thanks for the info. i like to count 10 comfortably as i draw. i learned slow drawing really helps with posture and building what i need to build. i could done it with 80# so far. it will take a while to build up to get this one comfortable. ^_^;;;;

nicely done bow. I can see how you quickly gas out after a few consecutive shots. It is the same with me and my 100lbs warbow. I can go a full parcour with 30 targets as long as the breaks inbetween are long enough. If I shoot at a range one after the other my strength endurance doesn't last very long.
