#1 is the way to go. The Breville Milk Cafe reduces the steps needed to make a delicious Matcha latté. Btw, I can easily drink an unsweetened Matcha latté but I can’t drink an unsweetened Matcha tea. The milk in a latté seems to minimize the bitterness of Matcha that water doesn’t do in a tea.
@mamahongskitchen11 ай бұрын
@db4a Yes, i totally agree! I think the milk cuts the bitterness and someone creates a smoother mouthfeel!

You can make your own ghee by separating the fat and milk from butter by cooking it. Ghee is the oil that comes out of it once separated.

Thank you for the recipe. I am in process of doing a test run now with a dozen chestnuts. How long will these stay before they need to be eaten? Do I refrigerate them or are they OK just being out? I assume since they are glazed they would last a while. Thanks in advance.

Hi, im glad you’re trying it out. I think it’s best to eat them right away. If you think it’s not soft enough, maybe do another round of marination in the fridge and cook it. I did refrigerate from and let them thaw to room temp before eating. I hope this helps. Please let me know how it comes out!
