Dan is so lovely! He exudes Jesus and he encourages me to know Him more and become more like Him! I totally understand in this instance in the Bible where it's up to the disciples to have faith to heal. We also have been given the great commission, that Jesus has given us the responsibility to heal the sick, but I would love to hear what Dan has to say about the MANY times Jesus said throughout his ministry things like "let it be done according to YOUR faith" or "because YOU have believed" Jesus was talking to the person being healed or to the one who was standing in faith for the person to be healed as in the case of the Phoenician woman wanting her daughter to be set free from demons or the Roman centurion standing in faith for his servant. But there were times it was directly to the person like in Matthew 9:22 talking to the woman who was bleeding for 12 years He said "Daughter be encouraged! YOUR faith has made you well". Also just a few verses down in verse 29 He told the two blind men "Because of YOUR faith it will happen". Those are just a couple examples...Jesus said it frequently! So sometimes I do think it is linked to our own faith to receive. I'd love to hear Dan teach on that, because at the beginning of this teaching he makes it sound like that's not the case, ever, which we can see through Jesus, it obviously sometimes is. ❤ Love Dan's teachings though. This is the only time I've heard him preach and I have been left with questions and I've listened to many of his teachings. Keep it up Dan!! ❤

I believe God heals us in many ways. Through reading His word, knowing Him. I believe we don't have to go through anyone else to receive our healing. But God uses different people in the body of Christ with different ministry annointings like deliverance to set people free. I know some people who don't believe in inner healing and from my perspective it is their pride stopping them from letting Jesus heal their wounds. So they end up in the same broken state year after year. They don't want to be vulnerable with God. I think inner healing ministeries can help these people open up to God and learn their identity and receive His love. Some people have such a barrier up to receive love from God. I work in deliverance ministry and see many people set free when they forgive others and demons are cast out. But I don't know a lot about inner healing. But I can see how it could become an idol. It all depends how it's used.. Sometimes we give titles to everything when it's just a part of knowing Jesus and recieving his love.

Inner healing and deliverance has helped me and others so much that words can't begin to describe it. Yes, it is indeed the blood of Jesus that sets us free but how exactly do we apply that blood or appropriate properly "by his wounds we are healed?" Is there more than one way? Brother Todd I respect you as a healer but on this topic you are dead wrong. Inner healing has changed my life and not only will I be doing it for others but help those called and gifted by God to do it for others. Not everybody has a dramatic change like yourself and learning about yourself, even if it's your own sins, can be of value. Over the years I learned about the 3 main ways that God heals us - spiritually, emotionally and physically and the one I believe is most needed is the emotional. God heals in many different ways and when we over simplify things and say that God only does it one way that we get into trouble. The important thing thing to remember is to depend on God and whatever way He chooses to heal us.

I have to disagree on the reference of Jesus talking about their unbelief as what does not “go out”. The initial questions the disciples asked was “Why could we not cast it OUT” in Jesus’ response, he said, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go OUT except by prayer and fasting.” He is still answering the question concerning driving the demon OUT. I believe he was speaking directly about this kind/level of demon does come out but by prayer and fasting.
