He just speaking and living the word. He’s not cherry picking the gospel. If all pastors lived transparent and in intimacy with god all day and every day in secret and in public, more people would consider the gospel is true. Our personal joy would be better and our actions as believers, but we’d more likely to face actual persecution and trials. Jesus promises is peace and rest along with persecution and trials.

I would give the credit to Jesus. Don't make this man or any other man of God an idol. We are to give all praise and glory to our King, our Lord, Jesus Christ. He took God's wrath for our sins of man. Then to whomever believes Jesus and at the will of the Holy Spirit he gives you a new heart, and writes God's laws and commandments inside of you. Jesus is the only way anyone can attain true victory.

I so appreciate Brother Dan’s life and teaching. But I have a question I wonder if someone could answer…Why are there so many teachers today (including Dan) referring to the the Holy Spirit omitting the article “the” in front of Holy Spirit? Instead of saying, the Holy Spirit spoke to me,” they say, Holy Spirit spoke to me.” I’m not trying to be picky or critical but it bothers me. I don’t know the message it is sending and it doesn’t “sit right’ with me. Anyone know what I mean?

@@soundlycreative How would you KNOW how this man lives? Just because he told you some stories that could be true or not? It is not proof of his daily life. NO ONE is perfect. While Adam and Eve was perfect for a period of time, they both ended up sinning against the ONE true God . But there is one person who came to dwell with us who lived a sinless perfect life. That is Jesus Christ. Jesus being God wouldn't have sinned against his father and thankfully he didn't. Because of the price he paid he gets to have the Body of Christ as his Bride.

So then Who is Jesus Christ to you? Is he not King of King and Lord of Lords? Does he not say to give all glory on earth and in heaven to him? We are not to give credit to any man. Plus his doctrines are not all true. He preaches against the deliverance ministry. Paul was pleased at the Bereans because they checked to see if what he was saying was in the bible. That is what you need to do with this man's preaching. Study hard so you are not deceived.

Adam and Eve were only “perfect” because they only knew good and had not eaten or known evil from good yet. Christ is King and the author and finisher of our Faith. I have little guile and trust in most until they give me a reason not to. For I follow the admonitions of Paul.

DeeM cSweeney he isn’t against deliverance ministry. He just believes Christians are quick to demonize and say people are possessed by demons and rather than oppressed causing Christians to become more fearful and made to believe they have a demon when they didn’t to begin with. Sometimes people battle with strongholds, ways of thinking when they were either possessed or oppressed by the demonic, that keep them from moving in the fullness of relationship with god. Dan believes in deliverance. He just believes we put the deliverance ministry on a pedestal above the word transforming and becoming alive in you. You are correct in saying we need to check preaching in the word and making sure we’re not led a stray. I understand your concerns about him and how some Christians praise his preaching more than Jesus. He has addressed that before and reminds people at times, that they aren’t his words, that it’s God’s word and it’s written in the Bible. And he shares about his life and his sins even while being a saved. Although I’ve never lived with dan, there is evidence or reason for him to exaggerate his life and make God look amazing. I think we’re just not used to seeing people who may have more fullness or truth in their life and live free and transparent. Thank you for your comment DeeM and reminding believers to seek God and his word rather than just blindly believing in anything someone behind the podium says.

It doesn't make sense that non-christians would experience the same as Christians. Which he should know because of his experience.

Most effeminate preachers do a lot of crying to cover some of their bad doctrine. The Holy Spirit lives in you. He does all the work to change you once you start believing on Jesus and He puts his Holy Spirit inside of you along with his laws and commandments. This allows you to start manifesting the fruits of the Holy Spirit. This all happens because Jesus died for us and Jehovah is preparing his bride to give to Jesus. We do nothing to deserve this nor can we earn it. It is his unmerited favor. God made man for his purposes. God made man so he could show his Glory. In order to not fulfill the lust of the flesh you need to cast out the demons that are dwelling in your flesh. Adam is not ONE with GOD, Jesus is. NOWHERE in the bible will you find that Adam lost his identity in God. Adam and Eve sinned against a Holy God while being perfect human beings. The difference between Adam and his children are that they did not have the Holy Spirit living inside of them. Jesus said after he had died on the cross and before he ascended to heaven when he was speaking to the 11 disciples and some of the women that were present, that HE must leave because when he leaves he will be able to send the comforter. This is the Holy Spirit who guides you to all truth. The Holy Spirit does all the work. No one can take credit for the work that the Holy Spirit does in them. They couldn't do it without the Holy Spirit and no one deserves it. It is God's unmerited favor that you receive his Spirit. God forces no man to listen to him or his Holy Spirit or to make Jesus their Lord. It is the persons choice to do that. This guy takes the truth and twist it. It sounds good but when you look it up and compare it to what the Bible says then it is not good. If you follow this guys doctrine you will end up in Hell. THe proof is in what Jesus said about the Pharisee in Lukr 18:11-13- 11The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed, ‘God, I thank You that I am not like the other men-swindlers, evildoers, adulterers-or even like this tax collector. 12I fast twice a week and pay tithes of all that I acquire. 13But the tax collector stood at a distance, unwilling even to lift up his eyes to heaven. Instead, he beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner!’…I tell you, this man, rather than the Pharisee, went home justified. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”…
