Devotion (John 20) Woman why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking? I planted a Garden a while ago. I called out but no one was Home. An image marred beyond conception. I couldn't see past this Gardener's complexion. I've been deceived on who I was made to be. My appearance had been sold on clearance. Jesus paid the price with his life. Bought back His Wife who had been caught up in the Night. Separated from God so we could be joined. Distorted so we could be restored. Don't cling to me yet you need His Spirit. Love Dan's preaching and testimony. There are however at least two places where the judgment of God led to change in individuals; Nebuchadnezzar's madness (Daniel 4 vs 28 - 37) and the man who Paul admonished the Church to expel for sleeping with his father wife (1 Cor. 5 vs 1 - 5 and 2 Cor vs 5 - 11). Both of these led to repentance. Also judgment saved Nineveh (Jonah vs 1 - 10). Dan's preaching has nevertheless brought me into deeper relationship with God the Father, Jesus our Christ and Holy Spirit

One question please? Dan preaches and teaches that Jesus came to SAVE a "THAT"(Matthew 18:11/Luke 19:10) DESTINY, PURPOSE AND IDENTITY as opposed to a "WHO" PEOPLE/SINNERS. Would someone be so kind to elaborate on why a "THAT" DESTINY, PURPOSE AND IDENTITY NEEDS A SAVIOR OR SAVING? Thank you...:)

Jesus came to go to the cross because God loves us so much, He sees our potential to become or be before we do and He does not always approve of our choices but he is always there, loving us waiting for us to come home.

Local churches were aiding a released pedophile whom noone would shelter from harm, I spent an afternoon ranting at God, not pretty what I said about abuse through church systems no wonder they sheltered one of their own etc. God showed me He did not approve of what this man did, but He loved him. Where did I say Jesus went to cross because God gave us free will and sees our potential?

God sent his Son. God did not become a man. The almighty creator was never at the mercy of mankind. We need to stop teaching catholic doctrine ... God is one. He fathered one son (begotten means fathered), his name is Yeshua. This is not difficult, but bad doctrine crept in almost 2,000 years ago and confused everyone. Hear O Israel, the Lord, the Lord your God is one. And his son is the Messiah!

So much judgement throughout the earth that God has warned of and brought down has caused stiff necked people to repent. You know why? Because throwing pearls to pigs is to be trampled by them. God is love. He puts love above all! It's the fulfillment of the law. Judgement? He paid and passed *our* judgement of sin and death through the cross and it was all because of love. Abused loved? Jesus' life, persecution and death was the perfect example of that. He didn't grumble or complain about those who hurled insults and spat on him, they despised him but he loved them still. The whole bible is this love story and truth of God getting his children back to who he created them to be from the beginning...that's us. The plan of a loving Father. There is no freedom in anything else but the *Love of God* through Christ. He who shows us who we are in him That is our transformation.

LOVE YOURSELF is the Answer He came to save the world from the punishment of their sins through faith in Him and repentance of sin. by receiving His forgiveness, His grace and His blood, washing clean all those who turn to Him in faith. He has brought judgement on many people and many nations to wake them up so they will turn to Him and be forgiven. You’re confusing condemnation with judgement

His Light, I see where you are coming from. But preaching repentance with threats of judgement is what we think converted the Ninevites. We do t have the full script of what Jonah said that allowed the Spirit to work upon their hearts. But to your point, yes, punishment or judgement has been used A Lot in the Old Testament. But it rarely TRANSFORMS the people. They suffer and suffer until they return to God for a short time. Is that a full transformation? I think not. Because with one a generation, or with a strong temptation they would become wicked again. Consider history as a whole, punishment rarely brings love/loyalty toward the punisher. So in a time with hardened hearts, I believe our love toward someone will have much more power than judgement or condemnation.
