Once you have been an owner operator it’s hard to deal with these slave driving bosses and companies

ive done it all..OO, company..OTR, regional, local...it all depends on where u go and who u work for. I see people on here praising Marten and i drove for them back in the day and they were str8 BS. Im at walmart now and i love them but u see some folx talking trash about them so yeah its all relative i guess.

Speaking the truth is what it is. Always know that your money will be touched before you get it, and who represents you when needing a chance is going to take others to open the door. Among any race people respect and respond to their own kind from lack of knowledge to communicate, but no cap, watching you guys starting when Andrew was getting started driving company in a red truck for knight maybe? Or whoever. My circle isn't knowledgeable about trucking and asking questions in the real world getting nowhere because the greater percentage of truck drivers don't want you to be successful. You have to find someone who isn't interested in hating. Believe me when I say I started my authority Nov 2021,Dat was crap so went to sand hauling with beemac in Steubenville ohio, left that rat race and leased on to do container and did it 3 years. Ohio is the good Ole Boy state because as you said, I would ask at every pickup/drop do you have any freight if I get back on my own? Getting a weird look after I signed the paperwork and they see it's the same on the truck. Anyway keep it moving
