The dpf has issues as well as have to get the egr valve cleaned. My manifold cracked at 90k miles. Very expensive for repairs.

115,000 KM's on my 2018 F350 Dually , it would randomly blow white smoke when I put the pedal to the metal and would burn off the extra oil and then stop smoking. I got fed up with the dealership charging me $1,000 to fix sensors and other crap that the engine was throwing codes on. My CCV box had the serviceable filter in it, when I removed it to do the reroute kit the filter was full of nasty black oil that spilled everywhere. Very easy and clean install of the reroute kit ( mine didn't have an internal cheese grater), I ended up routing it into my frame so if any oil does leak out it will help with rust build up. Eventually I will extend my hose to the back of the truck so that any smell is out the back of the truck not under the truck.

How hard was it to remove the downpipe?

I have an 11, in interested in doing a piping kit just like this. Currently running stock turbo with 153k miles on it. My question is: if I do this piping kit now and later upgrade my turbo will everything else but the dual intake pipe be compatible with a 15+ turbo?

So where the engine gets capped off where old lefty lossey goes in would it be possible to reroute lefty loosey with an extension and be done? Wouldn’t that literally solve the problem and eliminate the circuit?

The DPF Back exhaust & SB Intake has quite the sound compared to Banks 5” DPF Back & Banks Monster CAI… how’s that when both DPF Back 5" and the DPF silences a lot of the exhaust. Does the Tuning make that much difference in Exhaust Tone? Plus, you blew some smoke on Rev, DPF didn’t catch it all. Mine 2024 F450 HO.

Nice! On my '24 HO I have an aftermarket downpipe, 5" turbo back exhaust, Pusher intake without throttle valve, Pusher hot and cold pipes, EGR delete with coolant bypass, S&B intake and Burger Motorsports JBD for that added power 😎 did all that when the truck had 5k miles on it
