I just purchased an infraction 6s V1 still brand new in the box, 2 days ago. I got 63mph yesterday on all stock parts with HRB 5000 mah 50c batteries, the V1 has a 46t center diff and 18t pinion. Today I’m getting a 27t pinion to see what happens. I got the body pins you got, great job 👍

Felony handles better, but limited room for performance enhancement. Fireteam has most compatability, and you can swap the driveline with the felony. More room ro play with. Also, its the best offroad driver out there. Udr has best suspension, but doesnt handle turns without rolling. Xmaxx turns to wide, and breaks under power when landing, just picked one up today.

Yeah you are spot on with those perspectives! The felony is an awesome rig! I haven’t driven the fireteam but I did just pick up a big rock 6s which is pretty nice.

@@familyrc777 you'll enjoy, fire teams will go on sale around Christmas, I'd grab one then. I'm getting another one, and leaving it stock. I slammed first one to the ground, swapped drive gearing with felony, and put a 1/5 Ford lightning body on it painted like the a team van with interior lights. Because of the room, I can hear to the moon, and I smoke felonies.

I just bought one and used it for first time today. Quick question : how can I leave it on the individual channel , because after awhile, it defaults back to both A and B Channel. I want it to stay on the channel that’s charging not default two the dual screen

Damn nice, I installed mine on a 1/8 buggy, suspensions lowered 50% and does around 50mph on 3s lipo only, I had 20T and 46T spur gear. On 6s with 30T pinion it could do well over 70mph to 80mph.

Please help and suggest Which one would you recommend? I am confused and unable to make decision between Felony Vs Infraction. Felony looks so awesome and tempting but has rear tires and different differentials whereas Infraction is same platform all rounder with okish looks. Please help whether I should go with Felony or infraction

Tip for body holes. Use a step drill bit. It won’t snag the plastic and tear it.

64 mph on 8s with 25t is really slow, what happened? Maybe it’s just to many teeth ?

Yeah I was a little disappointed as well. It might be too many teeth, there was a little cogging. I may need to find a smaller spur. I don’t know for sure. But I am going to check the mesh and see what happens on 8s lol.

Thank you for sharing!!! The hobby shop I work at has been using these same style bolts with a washer to replace the stock flat head ones anytime we have to get a stripped one out or take off the motor/set gear mesh on Arrma vehicles. So far no rounded hexes, so definitely a good mod!!!

@@familyrc777 I would start with an scx24 or if you want a bigger one, go with the RGT 86100. These are great starter cars. The scx24 parts are cheap so you could put 300 bucks into it and it would be a beast! I'm working on a 800 dollar custom build. Going all out in parts! If you have any more questions, ask me! 👍

I’m on my third ESC after over three years. All replacements were free. Sometimes (at least in my case) they will just give you free replacement well out of the claimed warranty.

I love the gens ace.. I’m having a hard time with it.. keeps saying no balance cable and it’s clearly plugged in. Getting a replacement.. hopefully it’s just a dud

Ah man that’s rough. I started using balance boards to help protect the balance ports of the charger. They cost like $5 a board, Which I suggest. I can add a link to this video description if you would like. I’m sorry to hear about your charger. I hope the next one works perfectly.

lol well the ones I got were off of Amazon as well. I mean they do have different levels of balance boards. Mine were cheaper. I just checked and I got 4 for $10. I’m sure there are better options out there. But mine have worked for me. Did you attempt to use the charger with no balance board and get the same error?

@@familyrc777 yes, I tried my own trouble Shooting. Makes no sense to me, it works when it wants to with/without the balance board/extensions or even by itself. So I’m hoping it’s just a dud.

Yeah you probably have a dud. I’m sure it’ll work out with the next one. I’ve been happy with it. Even over my Traxxas live dual which was a game changer for me. The only downside for the gens Ace charger is that it discharges very slowly. Otherwise it’s been great. Good luck!

Cool video, wow 75mph with a 24 tooth pinion as well as ran "Mostly" cool, I have an XO-1 myself i named her Serena she was a originally a V1 but i converted her to a V2 in February of this year then put in a Castle MMX8s\1717 1,650kv sensored combo. She's currently apart for refurbishment since i drove her hard for a year right out of the box last run with her she started making lots of diff noise and she was running hot. The parts i ordered for her will hopefully be here tomorrow so i can get her refurbished and back into action soon.

Wow that’s awesome! Have you done a speed test to see what your current speed is? I would be very interested to see! Diff issues huh? That’s a bit ironic because someone just posted on another X0-1 video suggesting that I put 1M diff fluid in the diffs why making a couple of other adjustments. They said they had 3 X0-1’s and had spent a lot of time testing different things on them. Do you have a channel?

I have a channel but haven't recorded much in the way of my XO-1 i film an unboxing of mine when i first got her she was a brand new bare eBay rolling chassis. at the time i didn't want to deal with the stock electronics and i wanted to run my own setup in her.

Oh that’s awesome! What made you choose xo-1 over Arrma’s options? Being an owner of both and I love and baby my X0-1 , I picked up a used infraction v2 with an 8s system and it drives like an arrow. Stability between the two isn’t even close. If I could get my X0-1 to drive that that I will. Hopefully the 1M diff oil will help.

@@familyrc777 I just loved the XO-1 and wanted to buy one first before the Arrma's although for a long time i tossed around getting a Limitless, an Infraction or Felony but i'm leaning towards the limitless. I hope to make it happen this summer or fall it'll take awhile to save up for everything needed to make it go.

Thanks for the reply! I definitely have turned down the steering sensitivity, not down to 40% but I might now. That’s about where my TSM is and I just happen to have a brand new container of 1M diff oil and wasn’t sure what to do with it. (And that’s not sarcasm) Thanks for the TIP! 🙏

@familyrc777 no mate! I have 3 xo1, and I tried a few different combinations with oil diff. For me, 1mil is the best result! More control under hard acceleration from the start. Many xo-1 When you press trigger to full loos traction and slide to side's 1mil oil can prevent overspine wheels and go straight. But if you want to use xo-1 more for drifting, stay as stock. On the app, get a few combinations with settings as well. Have good fun 👍 or if you want to go deeper into esc, you must use the castle link device. 💪👍
