I have a test coming next week and was drained and my brain did not like it. After seeing this video I now understand why its so important to take breaks and i have an analogy for it as well. Lets say you are using your laptop and lets say that your laptop. You constantly use it with no breaks and over time the heat begins to come in slowly and ultimately your laptop breaks because of the lack of breaks. Now imagine that but with studying. You keep studying with no breaks and slowly your brain starts to break.
