Disagree with 2001 to 03 Ecru wood only in UL. I have a 02 CL with Ecru wood (arguably the best wood colour due to how well it tones with interior colours).

From the time you made this video to now, prices have maintained the same as then. You didn't mention 2012 and 13 has the dual turbos and additional issues that may arise from that.

It needed brakes, the carbon trim, and it had the coolant valley plate leak. Paint is FLAWLESS on it. It had PPF when new, and I replaced it when I bought it. There are 70 Canadian cars, and as of October 2024, 8 are in USA. Of those 70, 45 had Forged Carbon Fiber Trim. There are ELEVEN Flare yellow made in 2019-2020. That's it. and 6 in Japan. The 2019 US Anniversary models had heated steering wheels. Only US/North American models that had them. All US market cars had Carbon fiber trim. MOST canadian models had forged carbon fiber trim, but some had standard carbon fiber trim. ALL canadian models had them standard with rear shades, side shades, rear HVAC,heated steering wheel, power trunk, etc. Naguri Aluminum trim was available in ALL markets outside of North America (GCC, JDM, AUS, EUROPE, etc)

my man I'm deleting all my past comments to go into this. saying the m35 or 45 is unreliable is NUTS. Saying that's nissan and to be expected? bro were talking 90s and early 2000s nissan development team (golden age and the reason there are so many nissan fans today), when they had money, literally making the most reliable sports cars on the planet. Also I admire you doin a long winded version like this but no mention of the sports package when going over initial options/features seems weird, and personally I would have liked if an engine like the vk45 with so much history was dived into a little more. nissan is literally still using that engine in gtr chassis today

My philosophy for buying a Mercedes or any other vehicle for that matter is if the exterior and Interior is in horrible condition 9xs out of 10 it won't be mechanically sound if you buy a S Class that's been neglected cosmetically you can bet your last dollar that the owner didn't keep up with the maintenance DO NOT buy that hybrid junk if you talk to 10 S400 owners 10 of them are going to tell you they are problematic

I had both W221 S Class the preface lift and the facelift both were RWD my 2007 preface lift was an abc suspension equipped S Class and my 2011 facelift is an airmatic suspension equipped S Class I never experienced any issues with the ABC suspension system but once I found out it had ABC suspension I sold it I just didn't want to deal with the problems in the future my best advice for anyone buying a W221 is get one that was very well maintained and if the exterior and Interior is trashed don't buy I can almost 100% guarantee you it that's a sign that it wasn't maintained mechanically they are expensive to maintain I ain't gonna lie but what else do you expect for vehicles that was once $100,000 or more depending on model features etc it's a great car if you find one that was cared for

I paid 19k for a Ultra LS 430 with 54k miles, perfect condition. I lowered the price 2k from what he wanted. I didnt mind paying 19 for a car i dont plan on selling 3 years later 0 problems. Heres advice go to the dealer and disable the motor for the steering wheel everytime you shut off or turn on the car. Just use it when you really need to move it.

I'm actually eyeing that 2013 one that was 30k. It's got a lemon title, but the dealer won't release info on it unless you show in person. It's dropped in price by 2k, let it drop under 25k and I'm going!
