Our videos provide great resource tools, tips, exercises, workouts, nutrition information and everything to do with health and fitness to make sure you get results!
Many of these videos relate injuries and chronic problems relating to hip, knee, lower back and shoulders. For over 20 years I have worked as a trainer specializing in working with chronic injuries and weaknesses that modern health seems to fail consistently with helping people recover from. Many of these videos are inspired by the results of working with real clients and some of the videos even show these clients performing the exercises.
