Slaughters are bad when they feel like the only endgame like in wonderlands. Something that I really don't want is so many legendary weapons drops. borderlands2 I don't think I got a legendary weapon for my first play through until I started understanding farming. In BL3 they didn't feel valued and ive got 30+ before finishing the first play through I want to work for them not find them on every level and on every boss.

Level cap increases were AWESOME. Slaughtera were AWESOME dude they just give you something to do. Trials were AWESOME! I dont think that other ideas cant be ADDED, but these pieces of content helped people test builds, farm, and i have had so many laughs with friends just chilling and speed running trials. I also love anointments. All of these things gave us REASONS to play... idk solid video no hate but i dont understand how you called borderlands 3 a great game but damn near hate most things that made it unique from the other titles.

I personally like the slaughter, now i think your criticism is valid it is monotonous but it doesn't have to be Gearbox could easily introduce variance in each slaughter / proving ground with random event perhaps some procedural map layout, run modifier etc, same logic apply to "filer" content those where area that you did not enjoy, but has an idea i don't see you point if Eden 6 (my personal favorite planet) and Necrotafeya are bad has an idea why Athena Promethea and Pandora arn't ? Is it a time problem for you ? I like having some meme gun in the game but i agree overall with your take there is no point having legendaries / pearls / X rarity gun who does not have unique effect / gameplay element Same with your anointment take they are terrible having a stat say do more damage is meaning less when their are already another one slotted in. However anointment could be interesting in term of gameplay element , i found the terror anoint / shield effect anoint to actually create build diversity, i think they could expand following that logic. It's not like set bonus, weapon manufacture effect etc are mutually exclusive with one another.

People in other videos keep telling me im onto nothing with this theory but im genuinely interested in your opinion. I think handsome jack is the timekeeper for several reasons. #1. Handsome jack literally saw the future and secrets of the vaults in the pre sequel. If he saw the future then he would know how to avoid is own death. I dont think we killed him in bl2. #2. Handsome jack getting all those visions and seeing the future would be a perfect way to explain how he became the time keeper. #3. While yes, it is said that the timekeeper has existed for ages, handsome jack could have become the timekeeper and then traveled to the past for something so people from those times have known of his existence but he hasnt actually existed for ages. He has just been seen in lots of different time periods due to time travel. #4 the person behind the timekeepers mask looks a tinybit like an older more mature handsome jack. #5. Idc if randy pitchford says that handsome jacks mask in the reveal trailer was for nothing, i think he was just scared we would figured it out too quickly so he tried getting us to quit digging into it

It's because they choose to make all the se vault hunters minorities as a priority over making good or memorable characters. This is the same thing they've done in various games and movies over the last decade. It ruins everything this woke nonsense.

Thor is a great tank just not many people understand his kit. His awakening rune state is his damage dealer and where you get majority of your kills. You gain 100 shield each time a rune is used but you max out 200 shield gain which i suggest before starting a fight with thor to use hammer throw first on the enemy then go in with storm surge off those 2 moves Thor will have 200 shield then use lightning realm to gain runes back based how many people you use it on then Awakened State to start cleaning up. Rinse and repeat but you also have to know when to disengage because Thor needs to disengage at least for your Lightning Realm to come off cooldown which is 12 seconds

It doesnt slow either its just ment to regain thor force, why it stays is because if you pop on someone and they walk out then they receive damage. Basically anybody who enters and leaves the bubble gets damage.

Arenas for end game is complete trash. They need to create dungeons like wow with 3-4 bosses along the way mix of normal enemies and badasses until you reach the point of the final bad ass boss.
