For Forth of July , I want to do an indoor grilling. I am going to cook a nice cowboy rib I steak with Jersey corn and make a Jersey tomatoes salad using this dressing. I am making a list and preparing for what I need to get. Lol

Also, been to Italy 5 times last few years. Fell in love with Rome style artichokes. I have cans of artichoke hearts waiting for me to make this. Also my most common way is making stuffed artichokes. Good job guys...👍👍

Nice video and looks like a great recipe. However I hated to see so much of the stems going to waste. I just throw away about an inch of the stems and the rest of the stems I throw into the pasta water and let them cook with the pasta to soften them up, then put them in the pan with the cooked pasta. Delicious!
