I just love how well written the RDR scene is written, and I know they're 3d characters but their acting is so well programmed that I thought they were real people. Meanwhile in the Star Wars game... Even those Blue Aliens from the "I'm Blue" videoclip have more emotions than the Outlaws charcaters wtf

New cutscenes makes characters feel fake because of their body language, they feel like toys. People are always moving, going back and forward, changing expression, gesticulating. New animators apparently don't know how people interact.

Don't forget that Holdo's bs also breaks canon, not because it was a Kamikaze attack, we've seen those even in Return of the Jedi. No, it's because THAT'S NOT HOW HYPERSPACE WORKS! The Galaxy gun was possible because it launched an unmanned projectile, that irradiated the atmosphere of a planet,well into a planet's gravity well, that's fine, because you can still jump out of or into one, it's just INCREDIBLY unsafe, but that's of no concern for a projectile. The Malevolence also jumped into a gravity well, hell, it jumped into the moon, but it only destroyed the ship, because that's how hyperspace works. Once you reach the full gravity well of an object, ie the coordinates of the matter, hyperspace becomes a immovable wall, not a hard object that you need more force to get through, it's a wall that pulls anything that comes in contact with it out of hyperspace. Guess what happens when a ship gets pulled from hyperspace atom by atom? It vaporizes into fuck all. A gravity well isn't a hard "suddenly impossible", it's a gradual deterioration of nav system reliability as things get more and more uncertain, and it can pull you out of hyperspace, even if the computer doesn't do it, but when you reach an object, just like in real life, if you have 2 particles at the exact same coordinate, they have infinite gravitational influence on each other.

honestly im kinda vibing with Outlaws rn, not perfect but they nailed the atmosphere and i feel like i did as a kid playing Jedi Outcast

Outlaws is a prime example of why motion capture is so important these days

Skywalker Saga is a better game than most people give credit for. I just wish it was a bit more challenging (since the combat is actually really fun) but hey, it's designed for little kids in mind so I can't complain too hard. The goofy animations for the different body parts is so good. Also skywalker saga had civillians reacting to your gunshots, something that's missing from Starfield lol Also with Skywalker Saga some pretty bad stuff was happening behind the scenes, but you can still tell, the people who made it really cared.
