HI Maximus The tank was filled to about 1 to 1 1/2 inches from the top at the end of production, each tank was drilled individually, you may have found when you tried to put it back together the holes only lined up one way. The transfomer oil was orginally made by shell but cannot remember the grade etc. The cork gasket was not preformed but just drilled through when the 5/16 or 3/8 bsw bolt was driven in using an air compressor gun. The coils were varished cotton coated copper wire dipped and baked usually on a paxoline bobbin, these were wound on old lathes using singer industrial sewing machine motors. If we had a repair in the were flashed tested at 5000 volts, it was like a scene from a horror movie and always made the lights dip. Good luck. You are pretty strong already. I'm not sure if this has been recommended, but you should wear a lifting belt. With such an ambitious goal you will need to protect your back. Pressing your goal weight is already an ambitious goal, but cleaning and pressing your body weight is... wow.

It's all about fast twitch muscle fiber. We lose it as we age unless you train like a sprinter, so train like a sprinter. You can sprint (the concept) in many different forms of exercises, rowing machine, bicycle, actual sprinting, elliptical walker, don't over do it either. Eat lots of meat and eggs everyday and organ meat as often as you can. Get rid of sugar in your diet. Drink clean water, get quality rest and sleep if you can, meditate, don't over train. Be consistent and your form will change.

You can easily do it. Proper clean and jerk or even push press technique will add 20kg in a couple of months. Right now you’re not lifting as efficiently as you could. I’d be amazed if it took you a year

Would I be the first to suggest a common sense sustainable planning policy based on taking a person's age and financial status into account so we don't have 40+ year olds who have not yet started their financial life being refused a foot on the first run of the ladder instead of a one size fits all idiocy.

Hello Maximus. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I wish I could talk to others in the way you do. Sadly, I don't feel capable of assuming this kind of exposure. I wanted to know if you've ever experienced difficulties to create significant bonds with others, as in my experience i think this particular subject triggers in me a profund state of sadness and feelings of worthlesness, loneliness and lack of hope in life. I am on a 100mg sertraline dose and although i am much more functional, i can't avoid feelings of neglection. I fell jelousy of people who attract others with their charisma. I would give half My life to receive a huge, to be spontaneous and feeling free. Do You think more sertraline could help me? Am I doomed to a poor Quality existente? Some times i just can't stand the overwhelming loneliness i feel, and i feel guilty. Perhaps its My fault for not having better social skills. Perhaps i'm just a wounded animal.

Being functional is far better than the alternative. Once I was functional I could start to work on the underlying problems, before then I could not even see them. Once I saw some worth in myself, I think other people did too. It's still very much an ongoing process but my experience does at least show there is hope.

In an internet full of shallow bs, great to see someone with noble goals humbly working towards them. Own bodyweight strict press from a rack (not clean from floor like you) has been a goal I've got so close to a few times but so far eludes me (I'm 50 and a genetic weakling, opposite of an athlete) . But I'm still working on it and still determined. Good luck with your training. Respect to you

After 40 years vegetarian..( but sugar addict) always very physical lifestyle -had health scare early 2022. Started looking into and discovering how misinformed the population is regarding health and how the body works. Started down the Keto pathNo sugar, very low Carb. Meat and Saturated fat ( pretty much what our body has evolved to eat, before Global Food Corporations dominated the scene). Now looking at Carnivore ( Meat,Fish,Butter,Eggs) Well worth looking in to. We are all different and have different tolerances. So a path of personal trial, error and discovery.

Wwoahhh❤ Thankyou this has been so enlightening !! Thankyou🎉 I think im writing a farce as therapy instead of relying on Drs and " Mental Health" I need to start a comedy hotline or something i went like a female version of The Joker... Not really that fun to be around 😂 but must persevere ... I went to mental health and the crisis provision team sure did provide crisis Coz you really need the cops and a male 999 guy calling while you're having attack flashbacks trying to calm everyone down 😂 Mad This is Healthy Health right here!!! Pure honesty and determination ❤ 10000 out of 10 for perseverence not that anyone needs marks 🎯 But jeez the validation of being a real warrior in the face of adversity while y're being given drugs which im beginning to wonder / do more harm to our livers, our emotional process centres, than help 🌻 I mean The Cherokees and The Sioux managed quite fine before pharmacies didn't they ? !!! My old Aborigine mates would probably laugh their heads off if i I told them i was asking my Dr for drugs 😂😅 "" yeah they tell me i need these drugs ok, but im sayin I DONT WANT to get addicted to anything " But they keep tryna get me addicted And im telkingvthem i would love to be able to decide myself when im in the middle of a flashback or meltdown But they seem to know better Then i react to their Narc behaviour Then they call the cops 😂🤣🤩🤩🤩MeNTAlllll Oh flippin heck The children tho ...giving ten yr olds chemical warfare for the brain Attacking their livers Preventing calibration and connection to Nature While they become dulled and their spiritual perceptions get shut down Oh flipping heck I must keep inventing games with music colour role play 🎉 I Believe that tiny theatres on every street corner or at least every park in every collection of homes Could replace TV ❤🎉🎉🎉 Or at least have some fun while I'm depressed Coz yes yes yes we must be clear and honest and sure of what is safe for the kids now For all of us Shit i I didn't mean to write a strange speech Just a Massive THANKYOU ❤

Good luck! Reminds me of Milo of Croton… I appreciate you’re not asking for advice, and you’ve done your homework! But I suspect you’re not spending enough time under tension to provide a good level of muscular stimulation - and as you get older, trying to do it all with heavy dynamic movements is something of a risk to your joints, your back etc. When you involve momentum, you can lift more but you’re loading your muscles less. I think you’d be more likely to improve quicker if you took your strict press to failure within around 90 seconds, say 2x a week, then practiced your cleans on 1x other day. Honestly, I don’t think you will manage this. At my strongest I would deadlift 160kg (not that great, sure), I now finish workouts with 110kg x10 DLs but would never think about that weight for clean and press. Years of lifting got me approaching a 70kg shoulder press but shoulders are easy to injure and not really designed to lift big like the back squat or DL. But ballsy to try.

3:03 you’re right, pro-wrestlers tend to die young. Steroids definitely are a factor, but you have to appreciate, pros take absurd levels of the stuff. TRT is becoming quite popular now. More or so in the U.S., but clinics are starting to pop up in the U.K. Anyway, fair play to you for challenging yourself. I hope it goes well.

Great goal, I hope you succeed. As a young guy I had a very demanding job. Lifting heavy materials . but I was very small. I was very strong for my weight. As I got older now 61, I am still fairly strong, due to construction job, but not nearly as strong. as I use to be. Age just takes its toll on your body no matter how much you work out.

Thank you for sharing your own views. In about 2-3 days i will tell my mother that i am depressed while out on a walk. I have learned that this first step of telling someone close to you is crucial. I am just 20 years old and there is alot of life ahead of me. I am not self diagnosing myself with depression, i simply have held all symptoms for a long time now, they unfortunately get worse overtime. It will take me alot of courage to say everything on my mind but im sure it will make me feel much better. Cheers to your cure of depression. I am positive that i will be another person that gets to live normally in the near future.

First of all... Wrong approach 😂 What you really need to do: Get dumbells and plates and a bench. Train arnolds, train all shoulder muscles and train pushing power with bench presses. THATS whats kicks your shoulderpress to. I improved from a single 22.5 kg press (overhead, dumbell, right arm) to 30kg in 2 month. Also, try to rack the bar somewhere and start your sets without pulling the bar from the ground (thats always 1 punch to the wrists). Train the same exercise just get you to a certain point. Train the muscle groups involved with other stuff gets you further. Also train your lower back and core for mor stability or you will slip a disc sooner or later.

You got this man. Regardless if you meet your specific goal or not, this is NOT a waste of time. Although weight lifting is like bashing your head in a concrete wall until eventually your head makes it through. It's just mental strength and patience. And btw, keep in mind, all if those wrestlers you named partied HARD as well, along with the steroids. Wrestling was hard living back then. They redlined to death. Not that anyone should take steroids, just pointing out it's not as simple as you put it

First of all, great start, and a very worthwhile and achievable goal! I would recommend adding in some shoulder mobility work, probably on a rest day. If you look at your form in the video, with lighter weights you move the bar forward to compensate, as the bar gets heavier it has to be more over where your feet make contact with the floor, to stop you tipping forward. This is why on the last lift the hips move forward to compensate for the shoulder angle, pulling your heels off the floor. To safely lift much heavier weight you will need to get your shoulders open, heels down, and your hips under the bar. Shoulder mobility work shouldn't be too strenuous, so would fit well on a rest day, and might help with soreness. Joint mobility work can be much slower than strength gaining, so the work on it from the beginning to avoid hitting a long plateau down the line.
