This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!!! OMG! How to create a new presentation from scratch. Thank You! How can we set this up for monthly Board Meetings? Are you able to share a tutorial on that if you haven’t already? I guess what I’m trying to do is use ProPresenter for our livestreams but they already have a master google slides presentation that everyone presents from. How can I pull in the Google Slides into the stream so they can manually navigate through it during tue meeting instead of me trying to navigate it? If that makes sense.. I would rather pull the master presentation into the stream because people are making changes up until the very last minute, even after the stream has started and if I use the master, all the changes will be in real time.

This looks so difficult to add a Bible Verse. Sometimes the preacher dictates a verse that is not scheduled and with Easyworship I can transmit it in seconds (1 - 2 seconds) but with propresent it seems that I have to do too many things just to transmit a verse. So I stay with Easy Worship

Hello. I need your help. I purchased the Stream deck, Stream deck xl and Stream deck Plus. My aim is to control the software FaithLife Proclaim that is a software for Presentations Church. On the Elgato MarketPlace, I downloaded and installed the plugin FaithLife on my MacBook Pro. But after affecting Actions to the Stream Deck there is no effect on the Proclaim software. Maybe there is some configurations to do before getting connection between the stream deck and the software. Could you help me to fix the issue? Thanks. Leon

Working with ProPresenter 7 for the first time. I have hours and hours of time into this program and got a pretty good handle on most aspects of the program. However, I can't seem to figure out how to link a video countdown timer to a video and have it displayed on my stage monitor. I am adding tv's to our church and not projectors and I am trying to figure out if I can output on those tv's instead of having a projector? I understand setting up the displays, I am just not totally clear on if tv's work.

a quick method to enter the scripture is to type the first three letters of the book, followed by chapter number, space, followed by the verse. Eg. Col 3 17 or Col 3 17-18. for books that start with First or Second, u can do 1 Chr 1 1 :)

ProPresenter network preferences Port is set to Auto and therefore I can't see port/IP address. Am I correct that auto needs turned off and if so how is this done?

I've been using the propresenter software for years now, but I don't know what my role is called in a church. What are the tech people called in a church, Avl technicians?

There are a lot of videos about bringing songs into ProPresenter, but nothing on connecting mp3 files from various sources. where I add the song by song select or multi tracks I do not get the audio file. Apple Music is MP4 and does not allow the connection to ProPresenter. I am completely confused on how to get the song connected and working. I can add any MP3 and let it rip but this should be a lot more seamless in my opinion.

I am sorry, but I think the best title for these tutorials is "Rabbit Trail Extravaganza". Instead of laying everything out in a logical, step-by-step manner, you constantly go off on rabbit trails on every feature and its alternative as you go along. This is massively confusing for someone absolutely new to this software. I don't care about the alternatives now, in the beginning. All I care about is a straight line from point A to point B, depending on what it is I a need to do at that moment. For instance, all I need to do right now is get a series of text slides ready for tomorrow morning for preaching. I was told that it would be easier for the sound crew if I created a ProPresenter presentation rather than a PowerPoint. So I've spent the last two hours on these tutorials and still don't know how to create a simple series of text slides for tomorrow morning. These tutorials sound more like a sales presentation than an actual step-by-step tutorial to accomplish simple tasks. I don't need to know every nook and cranny of the software right now, all I need to have a presentation that I can email for use tomorrow morning. This is very frustrating, and quite frankly, it sounds like the person who made these "tutorials" has ADHD and cannot remain on one topic and explain it thoroughly.

Is there a way to add the title of Passage on the first screen rather than the last?

OK I have nuked my settings MORE times than not with the way that Pro Presenter has this set up.. So UP means down and Down means up ( I know they think it's going to a cloud server but since you have to MOVE it yourself it makes no sense. THANK you for posting this.

Hello! Is there a way to overlay a church countdown timer over several slides? We have a set of slides that run before the service (move to the next every 7 seconds) and I'm wondering if it's possible to overlay a timer on top of that entire set OR if a countdown timer can only live one one slide. Does that make sense?

Only thing keeping me from leaving EasyWorship is how fast it is to work with the bible section. I payed a 30 day to try ProPresenter but will not move forward because it is supper slow compared to EasyWorship.
