Hello. I need your help. I purchased the Stream deck, Stream deck xl and Stream deck Plus. My aim is to control the software FaithLife Proclaim that is a software for Presentations Church. On the Elgato MarketPlace, I downloaded and installed the plugin FaithLife on my MacBook Pro. But after affecting Actions to the Stream Deck there is no effect on the Proclaim software. Maybe there is some configurations to do before getting connection between the stream deck and the software. Could you help me to fix the issue? Thanks. Leon

ProPresenter network preferences Port is set to Auto and therefore I can't see port/IP address. Am I correct that auto needs turned off and if so how is this done?
