hello sir , i started finasteride in april 2024 , im almost 9 months in and what i did was i used to take 0.5mg eod , and it actually did wonders for me , hair was better than ever. but almost 2 months ago i started taking .5 mg every day and since then it seems to be going downhill, im traumatized ive lost tm of hair from crown, im still on .5 everyday but please let me know if i should go back to eod or not or anything else. im too confused rn.

Do you think it's okay to start finasteride while overweight/obese? I'm 25 and 5'10" (177cm) and weigh around 285 pounds. I am trying to reach 170 pounds and have already lost some pounds. I hear starting fin while overweight or obese can really increase chances of sides. Would you recommend waiting to lose the weight before hopping on fin or can I start it while I'm losing weight at the same time?
