I started modifying all my nerf guns and overall my best mod ended up being to a tiny little single shooter pistol, replacing the stock barrel with a piece of PVC that the darts fit much more snugly in, removing air restrictor, and putting a stronger spring in. That thing shot HARD for what it was.

Being lucky enough to have the knowledge, access, and funds to properly use both a drill press and a 3D printer made me too jealous to appreciate this video, and honestly, left me quite depressed... I couldn't even try this with hand tools, because I'm physically too weak to use them without hurting myself or otherwise compromising my safety in a way that isn't worth risking for the projects I want to make; basically, if it can't be done with only screw drivers and a pocket knife, then I can't do it for one reason or another... I want to make myself a custom airsoft rifle so badly, but I just don't have the physical ability or assets to do more than make a simple drawing... Sorry for the negative rant... I didn't go to sleep last night and instead watched videos all night long, which has only made the depressive episode I've been in worse...

my unmodified nerf shotgun also fires 2 darts if you over load it actually one time it fired 3 but it only works for the first shot then the rest are normal

Hi. @matt_yuanI have a couple of questions🤔: What's the volume of the air tank? How many PSI did you get with 10 pumps? I'm guessing you might be using a 24v quick release solenoid valve. Can you specify the model, please? To make it portable, consider using a 12v, 18v or 24v power tool battery.
