I can asure it's not an ortographic view for the second picture. Ortographic means all of the measures will be the nominal measure despite of distance. For example you can place your finger next to a tall building far away from you, but if it was to be an ortographic view of this same scenery, your finger would appear as small as it really is next to the building. So the second picture must be just an artistic representation or a beta build.
