Hello 👋🏻. I have a recently built a lean to shed and have decided not to install baffles since I live in a dry hot climate ( Texas). I did install R-13 insulation in walls and ceiling. I will be monitoring the shed to make sure I don't have moisture problems. Thanks for the video was very helpful.

You should try to commit to a video upload every two weeks or less if you want to build an audience. Now that you have comments enabled you have a shot at creating a larger following, but you have to be and stay consistent with your uploads and quality.

Minisplits can dehumidy a shed and air conditions it and has heat as an option

This is very smart. I actually did this today and decided to search KZbin to see if anyone else has tried this. Yesterday I was using a shovel and got two blisters and a sore back. This is a game changer

Garage is what I have but the humidity is a bit high all the time, no ridge vent or any other roof venting. I too think venting will help me. Thanks for the video and your insight. Cheers!

Thanks, I just spent an hour cutting butter into little cubed and then "snapping" it in. This looks a thousand times easier and faster, not to mention much more consistent. I will absolutely try this next time! Edit: Yes, this works great and was MUCH easier and quicker than the instructions in the recipe. One additional tip: Grate the butter directly into the flour mixture, don't put it into/onto something else first. That way it doesn't get a chance to stick and clump together.

What you are doing is not easy and it looks like you are doing a great job! Nice job guys!
