I absolutely love MekHQ. We use it to track a mercenary campaign that we play on the table. It helps generate contracts, enemy, etc. Great little gem once you figure it out

Tried the game for the first time, lost my virginity to a dog by the dumpster behind the café I worked at on the first day, passed out and woke up held down by a bunch of teens who took the rest of said virginity, then had to walk back to the orphanage naked through the sewers. And I was using the normal difficulty settings XD Though, I guess it was my fault for playing a tiny femboy on my first try. Took forever for me to figure out how to win encounters, but once you get the game mechanics down, the game is a lot more fun. Five stars, still hyperfixated on it.

Amazing game. If you liked it, you should check out a great mod someone made called "Wave Mode - Version 3", it's a change to the original wave mode that adds additional difficulty like 1 life and more levels after the 20th with better enemies and changed terrain. It's really good.

If I had to choose between Lann or Wenduag, it's Lann every time. On the demon playthrough where I kept Wenduag, I actually got annoyed by her hypocrisy and did the true Camellia romance instead. Even replaced Wenduag with corrupted Arueshalae in act 5 with the killing pace bow. But seriously, Wenduag is trash. Would kill her every time. If you take Wenduag, you have to ignore -The lying as early as the shield maze -The fact that she's a cannibal -The fact that she serves a demon, (and only changes sides out of pure opportunism) -The fact that she's killing or converting other mongrels into degenerate, demon-tainted monsters -The fact that she will betray you unless you make specific dialogue choices -The fact that she kills multiple other people when you take her to the surface (Dyra the mongrel, the Crusaders in the bar) -The fact that she's stupid and deluded enough to think she has a chance against the KC after they get feats like defeating Baphomet You have to be thinking with your wrong head to take her over Lann, and any good-aligned character that takes her cares more about their own self-satisfaction then justice for her victims. She's too evil for good characters, and too stupid-evil for any evil character with a shred of foresight Wendy doesn't deserve a happy ending. And don't even get me started on sparing Minagho. The lilitu that once trapped a man within a blessed fountain of healing waters, and lit a fire under the fountain. The man boiled alive in holy water that continued to heal him as fast as it scalded him, kept in undying agony for days on end. She kept the man’s subordinates prisoner and starving, and occasionally she would take a slice of his cooked flesh off of him, and tempt her ravenous prisoners with it. Minagho doesn't deserve any quarter, and even Sarenrae devout like Tristian tell you to smite her.

this game is so fun-- it's a little more complicated than i'm used to but it's just so enjoyable to explore and get myself into situations and predicaments lmao. the highly customizable player character is a draw too, my biggest wish is to make more money ingame so i can give my PC the drip they deserve
