I would put the nozzle at the front sraying back, mostly to prevent the nozzles from plugging as you drive, thr tire kicks up dirt and dust into the nozzles where as at the front it would be alot less crap getting in there! Subbing to keep up on this one my guy!!

So a washer pump pointed at tires. Just like the drift guys trying to get a little extra life out of tires and keep them from blistering, but with vht. If you use a reservoir from a SUV, you get 2 pumps, wire front output to the right side, rear pump to the left, and you have more volume than the single pump setups.
