How about black aluminium purge lines? I think it would look much better than the silver ones? Another Option to hide the purge lines would be to 3D Print the side vents with holes for the purge lines so that way it looks more oem like and you don't need the zip tie as you can also add a mount at the new 3D printed vents.

Thanks for your walkthrough of how you channeled all this system to connect. I think your safe to make some holes into the fiber composite body and retain structural health. I know C5's have been chopped to remove the useless trunk well to provide top access to fuel and suspension systems.

Go under the carpet. There is a grommet up near the shifter. Drop under the car and up into the engine bay.

Since you were able to get the line/s behind the rear bumper cover I would route the lines towards the driver side between the rear tube and inner fender liner then down through the rocker panel (they are hollow) all the way to the front fender then you should be able to fish directly into the engine bay.

Hey man, when I ran my wiring for my launch controller, I ran the electrical through the grommet in the fire wall that the hood latch line goes through, it isn’t really big enough for the nitrous lines but it would work for the controller!

Yo hook up the 12v with a “piggy back fuse” and plug that into a fuse in the inside fuse box. Run wires under the door stills, they come off. And get that line zip-tied off of the exhaust!!! 😅
