Call me hypercritical if you want but I can’t understand why anyone would produce a series of videos about boating on the Norfolk Broads but yet have the camera predominantly pointing at themselves chatting about whatever, maybe the channel should be renamed ‘Classic Narcissist does the Broads’ LOL!!! 😂

Hi Russell, I hired Broads Suncharm 2 after watching your excellent videos; I agree that these are very comfortable, easy to operate boats. I noted your comments regarding rearward vision, and I bought a couple of suction-mounted rear-view mirrors, which I attached to the quarter windows - problem solved! They gave excellent views along both sides of the boat, and allowed me a good view of the rivers behind me, so I could see where boats were astern, and of course stern-on mooring was a doddle. Keep up the good work; you're an inspiration.

Just watching one now , when you had the family with you July 2019 .Dave said you were having a rest from the limelight .I do hope it’s not permanent and you are back soon . One day I will bump into you on the broads , although my time is now limited,hope to be there next year on a boat called white emblem . Keep well .

Watching this footage though ,makes me think that the broads was a much friendlier place then ,I went in 2022 ,my 25th visit ,I can only put it down to covid ,but it was not a pleasant atmosphere ,almost felt glad to get home.

As a local boatmen in cornwall I feel sorry for the local private boat owners who live on the broads . Ive Been going on the broads since 2010 and in that time hire company's are just getting bigger and bigger which is less chance for locals been able to get on a mooring and still forced to pay more
