Since he literally sent you to cut that lawn, shouldn't he be billed for doing the work he sent you to do? :) You have the proof that they sent you there. Just a thought, and I would never cut that threatening persons lawn ever again. Actions have consequences.

You can't please all the people all the time. Just do you. I am against HOAs. Do what you want on your property. If I want to paint my house Neon Purple with green polka dots and fill the yard with flamingos , that is my business. You can look the other way.

A lot of times birds will eat corn or sunflower seeds from bird feeders and then those remnants will be in their feces, rain waters it, hence corn will grow where it was "planted". Crazy, hey?

In watching this and I don't mean to sound rude or ugly ,but if you guys hadn't had come along when you fid ( which Thank God you did ) how long eould she have let her yard go like this and not called a lawn company ???? I know they are expensive, Lord knows im getting old myself, and money is tight, but there has to be more to this story..........oh well yall did a wonderful job and a true blessing for her Thank You 😊

HOA fees should have PAID YOU. Those are so stank acting, privileged minded, and cheap neighbors. If they knew the wife was having a hard time emotionally ( losing a spouse)PAY and get it cut with the HOA FEES. Don't get taken advantage of by people.
