As an ex tv journalist long time ago I just recently realised how powerful tv cameras were already back in the day. Variable nd filters, zoom extenders all that was already accessible in 2005. And I do understand that there is a difference in TV field cameras (we were using) and studio cameras which are designed for live and there is no room for a mistake. Great video nonetheless!

Never knew that those trucks were THAT big. I always thought of it more like an bigger campervan, but then with a few more screens. If you left out the exteriour, it could be taken for a actual studio. Including an nice wooden finish... And I thought you were French, even without all your hints about France. For example; par example :D @5:20

Still a damn waste since on tv majority of footage we receive is barely in HD lol

@@arpanmahapatra342 dude even on digital the image quality is meh, especially if your screen is above 42 inches, 4k isn't in the signal
@arpanmahapatra34224 күн бұрын
@@CYB3R2K that's because majority of the users have 1080p screens across the globe. It would be way too expensive to transcode 4k video feed for a minority audience.

THNX very interesting; amusing and informative. I concluded that this is OK: > smaller sensors > teleconverters Combined with good lens(es). So very pleased with my a6700 with 70-200 f2.8 and teleconverters.

I mean, a typical broadcast from a news studio doesn't need zoom at all. You can't put it all in one pot

Thank you for sharing , it's an interesting camera with yesterday's technology . You could potentially hire the camera to video film makers that want to film a music video with older cameras to obtain that true video retro image , the camera has a lot of potential , you can also charge a wage as the camera operator . If you do decide to provide a retro video company you will need to find another camera for spares & a back up in case the firs camera has a technical problem . Another good idea is you could hire the camera out to other film makers to use as a vintage camera prop , so there's good options & the best of luck .
